We had sandwich today around 12:00 pm. The person at the counter was VERY RUDE. This place needs training to its employees. We were talking which sandwich to select and the guy raised his voice and said, “PAY ATTENTION”. He should be fired. A guy with ear rings/holes on the ears

I was „served“ by three teenage boys (one looked like 13) who were constantly whispering with each other, looked at me and giggled. Half of my order was missing. Amazing feeling as a woman. If you want to experience terrible service, go to that Subway… sorry, hire adults or train these boys.

I wouldn’t expect a lot from subway but this place was tough. I usually eat everything whenever I go anywhere and had to throw away 1/2 my chicken bacon ranch on Italian bread. Bread was rock hard and so was my dads. I would not suggest this place to anyone. 3 of us got sandwiches and it was 50 bucks with a tip. Sadly, with a tip. The staff was good, not bagging on them at all but the food was awful. Don’t eat here. Better luck gambling food poisoning with some gas station sushi or tacos from a truck vendor….it will be better than this place for sure. Good luck.

Absolutely disgusting experience. The staff was unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and acted like they couldn’t care less about customers. The food was made carelessly and tasted terrible. It’s clear this location has no standards for service or cleanliness. I’m sorry for the owner that such bad personnel is representing their business. Avoid this Subway at all costs!

The friendly young staff were quick, attentive, and courteous. The food was tasty, with freshly cut vegetables in every sandwich, and the outdoor seating area was a pleasant place to relax.

Food was good, but the personnel wasn’t very friendly and as we came in as the only customers inside the restaurants every single table and the floor were very dirty

A Disappointing Experience at Subway
I had a really upsetting experience today at Subway around 10 AM. The staff member on duty was not only visibly drunk that early in the day, but also extremely rude and outright racist in his behavior. I was shocked and deeply hurt by how I was treated—no one should have to face that, especially from someone representing a brand.
I hope Subway takes this seriously. Staff like this not only damage the customer experience but also spread intolerance. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their background.

one of the worst customer service experiences; they were really busy the staff was all unpleasant and short with customers (which i can understand when its very busy in a tourist town and customers act like they've never been in a subway before) but the deal-breaker was the person at the end of the assembly line had two long pony tails and instead of having them tied in the back in a hair net they purposely had them hang in front of them and the hair would touch the food when they leaned over to assemble the sub

We love getting fresh subs from here! The staff are friendly and efficient! The bathrooms are clean, everything is well maintained! It’s a very convenient location to stop at while traveling!

I’m at a loss for words. This subway is run by a bunch of arrogant teenagers who have a mind of their own. They close 15 minutes before the posted times and deny customers their orders right in front of their eyes by crossing their arms. One of these “teenagers” was so confident about making my order correct that i even brought over food to prove it was wrong. If you see him, just stay away from this establishment. He’ll threaten to call the cops if you don’t agree to his arrogant behavior.
On top of that, the online system is ridiculously inaccurate, with half the ingredients not available. The bread is toasted to a point where it’s hard as the hoodoos of Bryce Canyon.
The cherry on top is that they’re discriminatory against dark-skinned people.
There was one sane employee, but he can’t carry his colleagues all day with this kind of behavior.

If a business is going to have their hours on their door posted as saying 9pm is close, they shouldn’t lock the doors at 8:40. That’s when I showed up and the teenage boys working inside wouldn’t even say anything they just put their arms up as if to say “no”. Just change your hours if the place isn’t ACTUALLY open that late. Very annoying
