This BBQ place is small, locally-owned, and worth the wait for delicious food. The not-so-secret menu is THE WAY to go (written on a chalkboard inside), but you can also order a variety of BBQ meats in a variety of ways. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw on it (from the secret menu), and my husband got the loaded baked potato with brisket. There was not much indoor seating (too cold for outside), but the tables turned around quickly. Would highly recommend and definitely go back!

This is the worst BBQ place I've been to, it's filthy, food is not good, service is slow. Came here on a Saturday night and the list of food they are out of is longer than what they have, they don't have potato, ribs, corn bread, sour cream, nachos, chili, baked beans and the list goes on. The soda machine only dispense water and they don't even sell bottled drinks. The table is dirty, sticky, and has a used dental floss on the table. Disgusting!! It's clear no one clean and wipe the tables.
OK, let's talk about the food, we ended up getting Mac and cheese, brisket, pulled pork salad and the peach cobbler with ice cream. The meat was sooo dry and tasteless and didn't serve with BBQ sauce. There's no BBQ sauce on the table and if you want BBQ sauce, you need to ask them for it and they give you a tiny container of watery BBQ sauce. I didn't know if I should put it on the burnt and dried brisket or tasteless pulled pork. The peach cobbler that people raved about in other reviews is basically store bought cake crumbled into a cone with vanilla ice cream, ice cream is extra 2 dollars and if you want a ribbon caramel add another 75 cent. Was it good? Yes, it tasted fine, but It's not worth 10 dollars good. The only thing that is good is the Mac and cheese and they were out of that after our order too.
I get that it's slow season and they don't want to stock as much food, but this is very disappointing and there's no excuse for the uncleanliness especially if business has been slow. They really don't know what they are doing. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. It's not even worth the one star.
good customer service, but the food portion was small and not anything special. had a limited menu (ran out of many items) on a saturday. nice vibe with the tables and art though.
For the middle of nowhere, this is a definite 5-stars. Came on Saturday night dinner rush and the food was fresh, hot and delicious. The girl working was so friendly and working hard to accommodate a late-night rush. The salad was delicious.

It was hard to tell whether they wanted to be open or not. Limited menu, no beverages.

Be wary of overall ratings, as they can deceive! I understand businesses in travel regions slow down during off seasons, but our visit to idk barbecue was disappointing.
First, we attempted to order off the QR code menu at our table. Somehow, nearly everything was listed (incorrectly) out of stock. We ended up ordering directly at the counter (which might not be an option when in-season, but it's much easier). Unfortunately, the drink machine is broken (and reading other reviews, it has been for a while now), and we couldn't even get ice for our water cups.
For the food itself, both the pork and brisket were good. There are a wide range of sides, but they didn't seem homemade. The loaded baked potato we ordered was served a little cold for our liking.
Overall, this establishment may be a place to stop at during the busy summer months. But in late October, with a myriad of issues, we had a poor experience.

Brisket was great, cole slaw and corn bread muffins were delicious and the service was outstanding! Great place for dinner if you’re near or staying at Bryce Canyon.

We planned to eat here because of the good reviews... but once we arrived it was like a MacDonalds in terms of atmosphere! You order your food via a QR and you pick it up at a counter. In our case, there was almost nothing available from the small menu... so I would definitely go to another restaurant if you want a nice meal! Perhaps fine for a quick bite.

Cute bistro, but disappointing. The brisket was yummy, but the service was terrible. The candied bacon and brisket salad did not come with bacon. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, we got a shrug and a “they didn’t make bacon this morning”
We got a drink from the market a few doors down as the drink machine was out of order.

Average BBQ. Don’t waste your time or money. The sauce was good but definitely had better BBQ.

The food was soooooo delicious. The only down side is they were out of ribs, but that just means we’ll have to go back :)

BBQ and all sides were delicious. The tables were sticky due to being dirty, but we put still ate in the dinning room.

The worse service in my life, I got it in this restaurant. Food is extremely good, it’s unfortunate that people in this restaurant are so miserable that treat customers bad. Giving 3 starts because the food is really really good, but service wise 0/10.
