Just ate at Sky Nova multiple times for both breakfast and dinner. Each meal was excellent! The menu has a great variety and I was able to eat a totally different meal each time. The view while you’re eating cannot be beat. I would highly recommend!

I had an incredible dinner last night! The fries were absolutely amazing--definitely a standout. Everyone loved their meals, and the service was top-notch, with the staff being warm and friendly. The cosmic milkshakes were a fun and delicious treat, and the live music added a great vibe to the evening. Highly recommend!

Sky Nova at Bryce Canyon offers an unforgettable dining experience that perfectly complements its stunning location. The restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows showcase breathtaking views, making it ideal for sunset dinners or stargazing under the clear skies.
The menu features a creative twist on classic American fare with highlights like their zesty citrus-herb trout and the stargazer burger. The flavors are amazing, the portions are generous, and so tasty.
The Zodiac milkshakes are also a must try (spiked or virgin), so delicious and a perfect end to an amazing dining experience.
Service is friendly and attentive, Whether you're visiting Bryce Canyon for adventure or relaxation, Sky Nova is a must-visit spot to end your day on a high note.

Ate there on a Sunday evening. The waitress immediately informed us that about 1/4 of the small menu was unavailable. Ok, we ordered burgers and eggplant. About 30 minutes after we order the waitress informs one of our party that the eggplant is also not available and an order for pasta was put in. Right after this our two burgers were brought out and our third person was left sitting there with nothing! She sat and sat and sat, no food brought out, no apologies, no offering to bring her something while she waited. After the two of us had been completely done eating they brought out her pasta. Not even good. Honestly olive garden does a better Alfredo. And for $28! Absurd! Our burgers were $23 each and were overall bland, dry, without even enough aoili and jam to provide any substantial taste.
We had the pasta comped but honestly the whole thing was an embarrassing disaster. I try not to blame wait staff for kitchen issues, but this wait staff clearly either didn't care about anything or weren't trained. No apologies, no reassurances, no trying to make it right. Didn't even come by to refill or ask if we needed more drinks a single time. Other tables had the same issues all around us. One couple was served the meal for the husband, but not the wife, and we watched them sit there with a single meal in front of them for easily 20 minutes. Just an absurd experience. I wouldn't eat here again, and after this mess I wouldn't consider staying at this resort either if it's run similarly
Food was surprisingly good. Prices are decent. Definitely encourage you to try this place if you are in an area (we stayed in the Sky Resort, and it was an obvious choice for us).

We had an enjoyable dining experience, starting with the atmosphere and views, which were absolutely stunning. The property itself is unique and very interesting, adding to the charm of the visit.
The appetizer sliders were a great way to start the meal, and the cocktails were both creative and fun. For our main course, I had the 20 oz bone-in ribeye, which was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The garlic mashed potatoes complemented the dish well.
My wife ordered the 14 oz strip steak medium-well, but it initially came out rare. However, our server was quick to address the issue, and the steak was promptly returned to the kitchen and cooked to her liking.
The service overall was excellent, and the live music was a nice touch, adding to the atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend this spot for a special evening out.

The access to Grand Canyon is ideal for a few days away! The staff is amazing.
So, let me understand. You are cancelling my reservation and keeping my (almost $1000 because:1. You did not respond to my first cancelation notice. 2. When I tried to confirm the cancelation it was a day beyond your cancelation policy. 3. You could not understand that I was not able to give you a specific reschedule date due to unforeseeable health conditions. 4. You dismissed these health notifications and continued to send 'do it now or else' communications. 5' When you finally seem to recognize the heart notification you decided I should have no other alternatives other than to let you keep my money, deny me any opportunity to schedule another trip, and act like I should be happy about your acknowledgment of my circumstances. What a wonderful business model you have.
Online this place looks like a once in a lifetime opportunity, and although the photos do depict the domes well, the view is not the best trying to look over other domes at the same height as you. The people are nice, however hospitality is required for the price that you pay. First problem I had was no toilet paper and no hand soap, good thing this was quickly fixed and delivered to the dome in a timely manner. Second problem was the on-site food truck. The prices seem okay until you receive the very underwhelmingly sized, barely edible and cold food. The third problem was the inside lock on the door, it’s useless only because it’s installed backwards and with no other interior lock I did not feel very safe leaving myself and my possessions open to those who would like to help themselves (photos included.) The idea of this place is more amazing in your head than in person. At around $425 a night I would have expected way better. Better value at a motel 6.
first time & recommended by a coworker MIKE PAZ.... can't wait for night view of the stars
