We are beyond thrilled we chose Ala Chelle Catering with Mechelle and her incredible team for our wedding. From the very beginning, Mechelle made everything easy, personal, and intentional. Since this was a destination wedding with guests traveling from all over the country, we knew we wanted the food to feel like part of the experience—not just a meal, but a memory. That’s exactly what Mechelle helped us create. She worked closely with us to design a menu that felt true to us and gave our guests a taste of the Zion area. Her passion for what she does comes through in every bite and every conversation. This wasn’t just catering—it was heart. Our experience with Ala Chelle went far beyond the wedding day. The night before, we had beautiful, personalized charcuterie cups for our rehearsal celebration, and then hosted a fun and flavorful fiesta-style welcome party complete with a taco bar that guests raved about. On the wedding day itself, the dinner was phenomenal—Soy Glazed Beef Tips, chicken, and perfectly curated sides. So many guests came up to tell us how impressed they were with the food. Her team was also absolutely top-notch. When a huge gust of wind swept through our outdoor venue right as dinner was being served, they handled it with total grace and professionalism—calmly adjusting, ensuring every guest was taken care of, and never letting the chaos interrupt the joy of the night. Once the wind settled, everyone was enjoying their meals and couldn’t stop talking about how good everything tasted. 100/5 stars for Ala Chelle Catering! The team fit us in last minute just weeks before our wedding when we had a catering crisis pop up. They were extremely professional, responsive and punctual. Their team truly brought our wedding vision to life. They also went above and beyond and made a special meal for the groom & I that was so incredibly heartfelt and not necessary. The food was spectacular and you would be lucky to have them at any of your events!

The food was not only delicious but displayed beautifully. Her team was super kind and professional. I truly was not expecting such a nice dining experience. I was nervous because I was going off of reviews and hadn’t had anyone personally recommend Ala Chelle for catering, and wow - we are so lucky we came across them in our search!! My husband had only one request for our wedding and it was to eat chicken cordon bleu for dinner. Ala Chelle delivered and the whole plate was so good and fairly priced.

Thanksgiving meals were perfection! Every aspect of the meal was prepared perfectly! And the homemade cranberry sauce was AMAZING! Not only is the food great, but Mechelle went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule! Love her and the food! Thank you again!

Mechelle catered my wedding on 10/12/24 and wow, did she really go above and beyond. I’m a vegetarian and it was important to me that I don’t just get stuck with a boring pasta dish and she delivered! From nachos with impossible meat and vegan cheese to the six different salads I requested, Mechelle made all my dreams come true! And don’t worry meat eaters, the chicken was so popular that people were scouring the fridge the next day hoping for leftovers. I am so grateful to Mechelle for making every part of my wedding weekend special and for finally putting to rest the idea that wedding food is destined to be mediocre (people are still talking about how delicious it was)! Beyond the great food and amazing customer service, the prices were extremely fair and her staff was exceptionally friendly. I would hire her for all my future events if I could!

I recently had the pleasure of having Michelle's catering services for my two-day wedding weekend, and I can't recommend her company highly enough! From start to finish, Michelle and her team exceeded all expectations with their exceptional service, delicious food, and incredible attention to detail.

Michelle went above and beyond to ensure every meal was perfect. I had requested some specific dishes, including plantains, and she absolutely nailed it. All of our guests raved about the food, praising everything from the breakfast spread to the elegant dinners. Michelle even surprised us with a delightful tres leches cake, which was a huge hit and added a special touch to our celebrations.

Ala Chelle Catering is fantastic! They catered a Sunday brunch for us at Zion Red Rock Villa and it was fantastic. Mechelle is great to work with and helped me figure out all the arrangements ahead of time (and from long distance). Her onsite team were great - professional, friendly, and they did a super job of prepping and serving some really tasty food and beverages! Everyone was very pleased, including the bride and groom.
