We stopped here on a long road trip and were so excited to check-in in time to use the indoor pool and then walk over to the free lawn show at the Utah Shakespeare Festival. It had a good breakfast with a waffle maker & decent coffee. My son loved the yogurt dispenser at breakfast. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and parking is free and plentiful. We ate at the Sizzler next door bc there weren't a lot of restaurants in the area that were open.

Myself and other guests have been trapped inside the pool building. The exit button doesn’t work as it should. There is no way this meets fire code in any American city. The owners have not contacted me after i left my name and phone number so i could explain how guests are in danger if there ever was a serious emergency. They never contacted me.

We stay here every year while attending the Utah Shakespear Festival. We love the King suite that gives a sitting area and large TV. It is close to the University and the theaters. The breakfast had a nice variety of optio We had a play at 2:00 on Wednesday. Our room was not ready for early check in. We were able to leave a bike in the office while we attended a play.

Upon check in clerk couldn't understand what kind of room I wanted, did not recognize that we were BW members. Did not mention how much the room would cost, no water offered, no instructions about breakfast. Air conditioner in room did not work well and it was hot. Stucco tiles falling off outside of the pool building. Looked terrible. Breakfast items were more limited than other BW we've stayed. Won't stay here again. If BW corporate can't have more consistency in their motels, we're moving on to others we know are good.

I love this property and stay for the pool and hot tub. Much to my dismay both pools and hot tubs were closed on Memorial day weekend. The Aquatic Center was closed. The staff and facilities were nice. Maybe fix one pool at a time or choose a less busy time?

They could aware people that the pool was closed, once we just chose this hotel because of the pool. So it was pretty disappointed. Next time they could inform it on the website so we can decided if we want a hotel without pool.

Rooms were very nice and breakfast was awesome. Definitely would stay there again! The only knock against the Best Western was that the indoor pool was not open at this time. No explanation when we checked in at front desk.

Upon arriving I noticed that the doors to the rooms were exterior doors and I didn't feel safe staying there. They wouldn't cancel my rooms, saying it was past the cancel deadline. We did not stay there and I talked to the manager the following Monday and she's wouldn't refund my money. I put in a dispute with my credit card, hopefully they can help me. If you don't feel safe staying at an older hotel that doesn't have interior hallways, DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I would stay in the BW across the street from this one, it's much newer. This one felt like a motel. You have to go outside to get to breakfast in the morning. No elevator, 17 steps to the 2nd floor where we all had to stay and haul all our luggage. Checked out a day early because it just felt grubby being there. Extra hold was put on my account for almost $300, after paying the $400 for our stay, and it overdrew the account. You could literally hear every conversation in the next room. Just not enjoyable.

Overall a good stay. Front staff friendly and willing To assist with anything we needed. The beds were ok. The heater in room was a little uncomfortable. Either to hot or too cold but not a huge deal.

I travel a lot for work. I enjoyed that this hotel was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was really good. They have different items each day. Loved the fresh fruit option. Parking was tough as the parking lot was always full. The Lins grocery store is literally across the street with prepped meals. Loved that as well.

In my earlier review I noted being charged $20 to get into my room two hours early. When I asked to speak with a manager. I was told there was no manager on weekends. In the event of a fire, robbery, or any sort of emergency, there is no one in charge? Think about that.

We have stayed at this property many times. Upon arrival we were told there was a $20 fee to access the room before 4:00 check in. The room was ready for occupancy. There was zero additional cost or effort to get into the room. Normally I am not particularly sympathetic to people’s claims of corporate greed. But in this case that is all it is. We normally have eight stays at this location per year. That is about $1, 000. I am waiting for their explanation of how a $20 gain is worth offsetting $1, 000 in revenue.

Room was clean, but there was some back staining in the caulk on the bathtub. Not aware it was an older property with all exterior room entrances. Not alot of fun in the winter with snow coming down. Breakfast was good. An ok to stay for the nigh. Good location to some restaurtants and gas stations.

The hotel is due for renovations. It's much more worn out compared to my previous stay there in Jan 2021. Front desk staff is not trained to process gift cards. At first, they asked to take a picture of my gift card. (Obviously, I declined for security reasons.) Then, they spent 7+ minutes processing the gift card. They accidentally zero out my gift card balance. The next day, I discover that my card balance is zero. I then spend 30 minutes calling the card hotline to figure out what caused the mess. After tracing the problem to Town & Country, I call the hotel to fix the overcharge, but the front desk won't pick up the phone. More time wasted while I'm on vacation! Finally, on the 4th try, the hotel front desk picks up the phone. I feed them what they need to fix the problem. If the front desk was properly trained and/or more careful, guests would not waste 1+ hours of their vacation fixing the hotel's mess!
