We were there in late October, and the food was great, and the service was even greater. They were very friendly and and cheerful which is hard to find now days. You could tell the staff was trained on how to be courteous. The icing on the cake was that I had accidentally left my purse there on our way home from Mesquite. The people here were amazing!!!! They went as far as calling the sheriff's office in my home town, (which is 7hrs or more away) to track me down. Shanna went as far as to send me my purse in the mail. I told her to take money out of the front of the purse to mail it. I am not sure exactly how much was in there, however I really do not think she took a dime. When I got it in the mail my $100 bills were still there!!! I can't say enough for those who were involved in returning it. They are the most honest, wonderful people ever, and it is appreciated more than they will ever know!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! It makes me have hope that there are still honest and amazing people out there now days. This is my stop every year now on our way back to Mesquite.

I was THE ONLY CUSTOMER in the store, and it took 5 minutes before someone could wait on me. The lady behind the counter said they were just really busy. 3 staff behind the counter, 2 at the drive-thru, I couldn't figure out what they were busy doing. And there was trash and left over stuff all over the counter near the drink station. My food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The quality was awful, sandwich was not even hot, but the fries were okay. I don't recommend.

Most of the tables were dirty and seats dusty. Window sills had not been cleaned, and the place was unlike the standards I'm used to at Arby's.
Had a meal for two, and it cost $40.00 two sandwiches and a large order of curly fries and we had two chocolate shakes, and they left an aftertaste in your mouth. We didn't finish them. Will not be going back there again.

Good buffalo sliders that came out quickly. Friendly attendant and manager. The store was not quite clean. Soda fountain area needed to be wiped down to pick up previous spillages. Some tables were not bussed.

Came here for a quick lunch and it was great! I placed my order ahead online and the food was ready when I walked in the door. It was hot and fresh. The bathroom and restaurant was also very clean.

I put in an online order today and was absolutely devastated with the food quality and service. No "hi" or "welcome" when I walked into the establishment. But immediately I felt like I was getting rushed out the door. Then, when I got home to eat the food I was so excited to eat I bit into a Mozzarella stick and liquid popped into my mouth. Watery cheese liquid that squirted into my mouth. Immediately threw up because of it and I opened every Mozzarella stick to see each stick had this same watery cheesy liquid dripping out of the Mozzarella stick. The sliders were alright although the Buffalo sliders have way too much ranch and the chicken bacon Swiss chicken was old and not fresh like I had hoped. Just overall disappointing and I can't believe I spent my hard earned money on that food.
