waited forever in the drive thru (while they were slow), fries not even hot, drink was horrible, and my sandwich is barely edible. so many hard pieces of ham. if not fresh fries than what were we waiting on?

While I was eating here the tchicken was overcooked and dry and ALL of the orders were like this. In the fries there was a hair and they were out of almost everything, lots of the sauce was gone, and the ice machine had almost zero ice in it, the only good thing there was the service

The chicken was so nasty it was overcooked, dry, and burnt, although the inside was still a bit raw.
We found pube hair in our curly fries, We spent a lot of money on our food and barely eat half of it. The sauces were all gone, and in the drink fountain, a lot of the sodas were out.

The food was good however the soda unit was dirty as well as 6 of the tables., when I asked for a table to be cleaned she only used a wet paper towel. The person believed to be the manager was behind the counter picking something out of her eye and not handwashing.,yuk! 7-6-25

VERY slow. Casher was very polite. But back yelled at him in middle of taking my order saying not to take any more offers until they finished what they had. Had 4 people in the diner waiting for their orders. Took 30 minutes to get our food and there was another 6 people in line waiting just to take their order by the time we left.

All you have to do is wait in the drive thru or lobby for 20 mins to place your order just to be told they’re out of all the meats. Then, check out their prices. $13 for 2 pice tender meal. $17 for a “premium” meal. What a joke

What is up with the outrageous prices for roast Beef sandwiches and other items on the menu and how come every time? I go there. I have to pull forward and wait. Do they not have enough people?

I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I have ever had. My dogs wouldn’t even eat it. I tried to get a roast beef market fresh sandwich and they didn’t even know what it was. Never again

If my food is not ready and it will speed up the process for everyone, I’m happy to pull forward from the window. When there is no one behind me in line and they make me pull forward, that’s just poor service. I’ll not be back to this location.

Got most of my order wrong. Asked for curly fries, got crinkle. Asked for Arbys sauce, got horsey. Didn't have any sauce on either sandwich. Only thing right was the soda and I did that part..

The nice worker that helped me yesterday did so much more than he needed to, they were truly amazing to us! We hardly go to Arby's but I'm pretty sure that worker made us regulars with the positive and caring attitude he had towards me, it was so sweet and nice!

Utah Rural Living

This location is poorly managed. The service is slow and the menu prices are 20% higher than most other Arby’s locations. (See comparison in pictures below.) Food quality is fair. Unless you’re specifically craving Arby’s, I would recommend eating elsewhere.

*After 3 months I decided to give them another try. Greatly disappointed. Nothing has improved. This visit they were even out of their signature Arby’s Sauce.

Unfortunately they have to charge the customers higher prices to make up for poor operations.
