Bowman's Cowboy Kitchen

On our first ever visit, we enjoyed a ribeye steak, cooked, medium with garlic, mashed potatoes and their delicious Mac n cheese. We also tried their campfire steak cooked medium well. My son ordered the Utah burger with fries and it was absolutely delicious. He gobbled it down. The cornbread is to die for. Our surfer was Riley. He was both attentive and intuitive. He recommended several desserts. We shared peach cobbler and the lava cake. Both were absolutely incredible. Needless to say, I have a new go to steakhouse. Everything was cooked to perfection. We didn’t need to add any additional seasoning at the table at all. We can’t wait to go back again.

A little off the beaten path, but well worth the drive. Excellent service, great tasting choices, and they're certainly not skimpy on the serving sizes!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Bowan's Cowboy Kitchen. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and our food was delicious. We had a large group and we received excellent and attentive service. Everyone was impressed with the food and the service. I highly recommend this establishment.

My wife had spoken very highly of this small restaurant for some time, so we decided to stop in on a Saturday afternoon with the entire family. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations.

I ordered a burger, which was exceptionally flavorful, perfectly cooked, and impressively juicy. We also tried a salad, which was fresh, well-balanced, and surprisingly delicious. I even sampled a bite of the prime rib that my aunt ordered, and I couldn’t believe how juicy it was or how perfectly balanced the flavors were—truly impressive.

Our server provided outstanding service—attentive, friendly, and consistently aware of our needs without ever feeling intrusive. The restaurant itself has a warm, cozy atmosphere, making it an inviting place to enjoy a meal. The entire staff was pleasant and professional, contributing to the overall positive experience.

Our food arrived promptly and at the perfect temperature, demonstrating both efficiency and attention to detail in the kitchen.

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. I would absolutely recommend it to others, and we look forward to returning the next time we visit Utah.
