The atmosphere is great. They are cheering on and supporting the local high schools and college. The staff are usually teenagers, but they are always happy and willing to help. We get our food really fast. The food itself is great no matter what you get. They only have two ice cream flavors, vanilla and chocolate. But they have many shake flavor options. The pricing if very affordable and great. I love brads and go twice a week at least.

Average Ma and Pa fast food. Nothing to write home about. The shakes are good, but small in size. The teens and college staff running the joint are busy fulfilling orders, but not very friendly. The girl who took our order seemed bugged and impatient with my family's order. They got our entire order wrong missing two burgers and three large fries. Very frustrating, but it is minimum wage mentality, so you can't expect much. There are better options out there. Usually these small establishments are much more conducive to that family friendly feeling. Not here.

Stopped on our way home from a softball tournament and was highly impressed. The burgers were delicious and so were the fries. My wife enjoyed her BLT, and we all enjoyed the shakes we ordered. Pricing was remarkable! The fact we were able to order all of this for 5 people and kept it under $50 was amazing! Definitely a place we will be visiting again.

We stumbled across this place on a road trip and now we love to stop there! Our family of 6 is not cheap to feed at a nice restaurant- but at Brads we eat for a great price, the did is great, and everyone is happy!

Amazing place. Throughout my life I've often had the experience of attending a restaurant, enjoying myself, and then years down the road coming back to that same restaurant only to be disappointed. Not so at Brad's food hut! Their quality has stayed at its gold standard rate and over the years they've expanded their menu to include more great items! If you're looking for a great burger place, look no further! Go to Brad's!
P.S. try the munchers, they're like an awesome fusion of jalapeno poppers and tater tots, 12/10

Ordered two burgers and both came out cold. My wife went to get our drinks from the cashier and our order was just sitting there getting cold. Super disappointed with service and food! Usually it’s both on point

Cheeseburger was good. The steak sandwich was toasted slices instead of a roll like I have had at other restaurants. I do not know if it was tenderized cube steak or what. Not ordering it again. They do have an extensive menu of burgers, gyros, burritos, salads as well as fish and chips and burgers. French fries are average. Drink size on the special was larger than I expected.

Came to get lunch and it took 30 minutes to get a burger, which normally I wouldnt mind because they were busy and I understand because used to work in the food industry and I get it, but I had to get back to work. I wouldnt go back there if I was on a time frame. After 30 min of waiting I asked about how much longer the wait would be( i had to start trying to decide If i should just leave. I couldnt wait another 10-15 min and would have to get a refund because I had to get back to work).The employee was a little rude and just said they had a lot of orders and it was coming then didnt even give me a time estimate. I think politely asking how much longer after waiting 30 minutes isnt unreasonable. Then I got my food and this is the second time my burger was all smashed up and poorly put together then even the tater tots were kind of mush. I couldnt pick them up because they would fall apart. My bag also had a hole in the bottom so that walking out to my car I had to hold the bottom of my bag because half of the bag was blown out. Not too happy with the quality of food especially after waiting 30 minutes. I am one of those people that i dont mind waiting or the price if it is good but it was very substandard.

I am OUTRAGED! I literally love Brads so much. I'm a college student who appreciates an affordable meal but LEMME TELL YA. This broke me. We ordered, sat, and all was well. And then 15 minutes passed. The folks who ordered after us got their food. Weird. So we waited another 5 minutes before checking on the order. We were personally assured that our order would be next. I was HUNGRY! And then we watched as so many more drive through orders were brought out. More people who had gotten there after us continued to have their food delivered. I was so sad and helpless. We were a party of 4 who ordered burgers and fries, nothing special. Anywho they brought us our food eventually and it was fine but not worth the wait. OVER A HALF HOUR! Plus my burger was sad AND the water (mostly ice) was a whole 23¢. I am so sad. I urge you to take your business to Hermies. Night ruined.
