ordered the ultimate steakhouse bacon buger jr. For some reason they did not put on the onion rings. which is very disappointing.

I just got acammed on my order and their voice-mail is to full to accept a call and I tried calling multiple times with no answer.

Staff there was uncaring through the drive through and now I'm over charged from ordering 3 double cheese burgers and getting 1, and 2 singles with bacon. Ridiculous how no attention was given to a basic order and how the staff was sitting there gossiping rather than doing their jobs correctly.

Additional proof for corporates sake, order 85 drive thru time stamped 7:08 pm. While I travel back and forth through the state of Utah, salt lake to st george and back every two weeks, I can't even drive back at the moment but wanted to take time to complain our of my work schedule and being on the road to get home from the disappointment I feel.

Went thru the drive thru and to be honest horrible service the guy at the window was acting like he had something better to do forgot my sauces when I asked him when I paid for them had to ask once he handed me my food plus they forgot my jalapeño bites and came back thru the drive thru to ask for them the same guy handed them to me and didn’t say a word or apologize for forgetting just handed them to me and that was all also I ordered a Texas double whopper and got home to something totally different then that horrible service.

Where do I start. Let’s see. I ordered my food and paid and sat down with my two kids. Then went up to the front counter about 29 minutes of waiting for are food and asked about are food and the girl said are you Darrick and I said yes. Oh sorry about your wait. I replied that it’s been almost 30 minutes and was wondering where are food was. Sat down and started to eat and the hamburgers were cold. I figured if I asked for new ones I would have to wait for another 29 minutes to get new ones. So over all not very happy with this place because they are not a fast food place but a slow and cold food place.

Rather then post a sign outside the door saying their Broiler is down and they can’t make burgers they let you come in order on the kiosk, and then while your waiting tell the customer after the fact that they have to refund you because their broiler doesn’t work. Makes my brain sad. Common sense lacking over there.

Utah Rural Living

This restaurant likes to close some of their equipment early. I recommend you don’t use the App late at night. Chances are they will not have what you ordered and paid for available. Then they tell you, to get a refund, you have to use the App which will tell you it can take 3-7 days for your refund to process.

If you like poor operations, then “You Rule!”

The place would be nice if it wasn't so dirty. The floors, tables, bathroom, benches and playplace are all dirty. They are not busy at all today but for some reason cant clean or bring food out.

Went in today and spent a lot of money just so my order could be messed up. I ordered a number two with cheese and no veggies. I got my order, and I got a plain double whopper with no bacon, no cheese, just mayo. I called the store twice, but no one answered. I live 10 miles out. I also tried to be shorted on the kids' apple juice, and when I asked for them, the lady at the window seemed annoyed. She grabbed the juices and noticed one didn't have a straw, so she threw it like she was annoyed. I will not be going back to this establishment.

My friends and I came with our kids to enjoy the play place and the workers cleaned the play area for us! We didn’t even ask. The kids had fun and the food was good.

Day old room temp dark-brown chicken fries and a burger with one cold patty and one hot patty. Got our food just a few minutes ago from drive-thru.
Edit: Been over a year and still bad. Times are incorrect as well, they don't open till 7 AM.
