Seriously had a 43$ door dash order . They completely obliterated. No vegetables no sauce on burgers and they can't even answer the darn phone. Sorry workers. Can't even make it right. So upset.

I fell in love with Texas Double Whooper in Casper, Idaho and wanted to repeat the experience. Here I couldn't enjoy Whoopers so much because the onions and other veggies should never be cut that way. Onions were cut the size of drink straw. The eating area is too AC'ed.

I like burger King when I'm wanting a burger but unfortunately every time I come here. The fries HAVE lived 3 lives and they think that they are still edible. After the fries have been served to me the inside have a chalky feeling and the outside was hard and cold. I got sick after i ate the burger. Now I'm at work in agony. And I won't be eating from here again. It's no wonder why they were dead with no customers. If u are going to eat here ask that they actually cook new food for you. Which should go without saying !!!! 0/10 .

Got all the way home and realized they had forgotten to put my burger in the bag. So note to self... Always check your bag before leaving.
One would think that a place with a play place would have a baby changing table, but they do not! My baby had a blowout and I had to change him on paper towels on the floor of the very dirty bathroom. We were also the only people in the entire restaurant, but were back in the playplace with our kids and since they took so long to make our food, we didn't know when it was actually ready because they just put it on the counter even though we said "eat in". Overall, really not a place I would ever take my kids back to because it is not mother friendly.

I just got a drive through order around 11:30- 12 for a double bacon no sauce no combo. they gave me the wrong order which is a double problem because I'm allergic to the order #94 I was provided. I tried calling only to be left on mute and or sent straight to voicemail. What the hell is wrong the staff to not even have the decency to just answer a phone. I would happily provide information to have this corrected. In the mean time as is I'm livid, I was a state trainer for a chain in Utah and this is ridiculous.

Customer service is non existent. There had been about 4 people that came in the entire time I was there. When I got there there was one person in front of me. Soda machine was covered in old spills. Straws were empty and not stocked even after everyone kept asking for a straw after waiting 5 minutes for someone to even come to the front. So much attitude from the worker I talked to as well. And I get it. It was one person handling customers, drive thru customers, and everything else up front. BURGER KING do better. Put service and your employees over excess profits. Customer service takes a hit when you abuse your employees and cut corners.
