The night before, we had beautiful, personalized charcuterie cups for our rehearsal celebration, and then hosted a fun and flavorful fiesta-style welcome party complete with a taco bar that guests raved about. On the wedding day itself, the dinner was phenomenal—Soy Glazed Beef Tips, chicken, and perfectly curated sides. So many guests came up to tell us how impressed they were with the food. Her team was also absolutely top-notch. When a huge gust of wind swept through our outdoor venue right as dinner was being served, they handled it with total grace and professionalism—calmly adjusting, ensuring every guest was taken care of, and never letting the chaos interrupt the joy of the night. Once the wind settled, everyone was enjoying their meals and couldn’t stop talking about how good everything tasted.
