Centro Woodfired Pizzeria

We were traveling through from Bryce Canyon NP to Zion and stopped for an excellent meal. Great food, great service, chill atmosphere. Treyson was an excellent server and took a lot of pride in the pizzeria. Highly recommend.

Centro Pizza is a great place! The bruscetta was delicious-the best we ever had! The Brooklyn with pepperoni and the Centro Italiano pizzas were delicious! Maje sure you get the cannoli's for dessert. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and our server, Christopher was the best!!

Good food, pretty good service, bit pricey for pizza. Salads were easily shared between 2 adult.

Overall nice place, friendly and attentive service. Pizza was really good, was nice to see some toppings not at most pizza places

Pro tip: if you want cheese on your pizza, you need to specifically order it. Yes, that is categorically insane. No, I am not joking. That said, the pizza is fantastic (if you order it with cheese), and the service is always good. Note: this restaurant is LOUD, ear-splittingly loud. So anyone with sensory sensitivity needs earplugs. Again, I am not joking. But the pizza is worth it. You definitely need reservations on Fridays and Saturdays.

Pizza was incredible. Crust was perfect for a thin crust, woodfire style pizza. Flavors were good, topping proportions were nice. We also had a salad which is served family style. A great meal for a good price!

Centro is my family’s go to spot in cedar city. Their dolce diavola, white pie, and pancetta & red grape (with pistachios) are wonderful. Their pizzas are delicious, but the real reason I keep coming back is for Nonna’s meatballs. They are delicious. A must order for sure. The service is always wonderful with a very fun and inviting atmosphere. Make sure to make a reservation on busy weekends (college move in weekend, sheep parade, forever red, etc.)

Splendid pizza place in Cedar City.

To be honest, I did not expect to find a pizza place offering Italian style pizza in the middle of Utah. When stumbling upon Centro, I was positively surprised.

The pizza here is really high quality. I love that they stick to the simplicity of what a real pizza should be, not overloading it with unnecessary ingredients but rather focusing on overall taste. The dough is also on point and tastes so good with the EVOO they’re using. I also love that they have gluten free and vegan options.

We selected this restaurant for our last dinner on our road trip through Utah. We found it listed on the list of restaurants provided to o's by our hotel. It was easy to book a table on line and the table was available when we arrived.

Staff were very pleasant and attentive, almost too attentive, offering our bill before we were done eating, take out boxes, etc.

I ordered a basic pizza and added a vegetable, my friend ordered the special pozza which was asparagus and white sauce. They are 12" so very large of one person, as the menu states, but we wanted some leftovers for the next day. I found mine ok, a bit bland but ok.

Prices were decent. Atmosphere was nice. Thanks.
