Centro Woodfired Pizzeria

Pizza was incredible. Crust was perfect for a thin crust, woodfire style pizza. Flavors were good, topping proportions were nice. We also had a salad which is served family style. A great meal for a good price!

Centro is my family’s go to spot in cedar city. Their dolce diavola, white pie, and pancetta & red grape (with pistachios) are wonderful. Their pizzas are delicious, but the real reason I keep coming back is for Nonna’s meatballs. They are delicious. A must order for sure. The service is always wonderful with a very fun and inviting atmosphere. Make sure to make a reservation on busy weekends (college move in weekend, sheep parade, forever red, etc.)

Amazing. Not much else to say beyond that. The pizza is so good, the meatballs are a don’t miss, the service is great, and the atmosphere is fun! 5-stars all day everyday!

Splendid pizza place in Cedar City.

To be honest, I did not expect to find a pizza place offering Italian style pizza in the middle of Utah. When stumbling upon Centro, I was positively surprised.

The pizza here is really high quality. I love that they stick to the simplicity of what a real pizza should be, not overloading it with unnecessary ingredients but rather focusing on overall taste. The dough is also on point and tastes so good with the EVOO they’re using. I also love that they have gluten free and vegan options.

We selected this restaurant for our last dinner on our road trip through Utah. We found it listed on the list of restaurants provided to o's by our hotel. It was easy to book a table on line and the table was available when we arrived.

Staff were very pleasant and attentive, almost too attentive, offering our bill before we were done eating, take out boxes, etc.

I ordered a basic pizza and added a vegetable, my friend ordered the special pozza which was asparagus and white sauce. They are 12" so very large of one person, as the menu states, but we wanted some leftovers for the next day. I found mine ok, a bit bland but ok.

Prices were decent. Atmosphere was nice. Thanks.

The salad was exceptional! Two of us got the half salad, and it could’ve fed 4, but we splurged and ate most of it. The pizza was incredible! But the best part was Liv the waitress who gave us so much info and recommended the best wine, and was very attentive, friendly and helpful, especially since we are from out of town.

Do yourself a favor and eat here. I'm 100% Italian. Pizzas and Meatballs are to die for. Service by Joseph was outstanding!!! Prices are very reasonable fpr the quantity and especially frp the quality. Cannot wait to return!!!
