Outstanding pizza..in from Philadelphia…was recommended by a lady named Thea and she was spot on, must stop for pizza if you’re in town!

Probably one of the best pizza joints here in CC. I am never disappointed, and I love the meatballs. Now the real reason I love the meatballs is because I soak up the extra sauce with all the leftover pizza crust. Love the fact that they have wine and beer as well. Service is always good, maybe a bit fast when it comes to dropping the food on the table, but good. They do need to work on timing a bit, when one orders a salad or appetizer normally they want to eat that before the za arrives at the table... just saying. Also, really not sure I'd order the dessert again, as it was just to chocked full of sugar (cannoli). I prefer the more, I guess you'd say, traditional style with less sugar. Overall really good, and I highly recommend.

Mouthgasm experience tonight... apricot salad was exceptional as was the Pollo Blianco pizza with a side of balsamic vinegar glaze... MOMMA MIA!!!

The salads are very big and delicious, I ordered the apricot salad and was disappointed to see dried apricots rather than fresh! The pizza is great, we shared the artichoke tomato, tasty crust!

Id like to start by saying the staff and service were absolutely amazing...friendly, helpful, at least three separate individuals constantly making sure we were good....one staff member liked our truck, that made me smile.

Our server was spot on regarding his recommendations....the meatballs and burrata fresco were delicious.

My wife has food sensitivities and he did a great job picking out a pizza that she enjoyed immensely!!

There was a slight mix up in the kitchen on our pizza orders which was rectified and we were taken care of for the inconvenience without even asking...classy.

It's with regret I give my next opinion which may or may not be subjective.....my pizza had a lot of toppings and they were all fantastic....where I wasn't pleased was the bottom of my pie had way too much charcoal...much more than my wife's pizza. This wasn't the crispy top crust they informed you about in the menu....this was, IMHO and based on what I researched , left over flour and dough that was just plain burnt into the bottom of my pie...

Our server was very apologetic explaining that it's an unfortunate byproduct of wood fired pizza....even though my wife's gluten free crust wasn't burnt.

The staff was great! Atmosphere was also fantastic. It was packed and full of seemingly satisfied people.

I ordered the fennel sausage, the pollo rustica and canolli. I don't understand why this pizza is rated so high. It was cooked well, nothing to complain about there but the flavors and texture left much to be desired. The garlic was overpowering on the pollo rustica and the fennel sausage was just meh. The canolli was terrible... grainy, too sweet and overall just poorly balanced.

If I could sum up how I feel about everything I tried it would be.... missing the mark with unbalanced flavors.

Oh you have to try the meatballs! Delish! You get to base ball sized meatballs drenched in red sauce. The pizza was good as well. We dipped the crust in the extra sauce at the prompting of our server. So good. We sat outside near the street under umbrellas. It was enjoyable.

Passing through and decided to stop for pizza—what a gem! Easily the best pizza and dessert we’ve had on the road. Connor was awesome—super helpful and guided us through the menu perfectly 🤠

By far my family’s favorite pizza place in Southern Utah. Having chairs to eat outside gives it the European ‘in the city’ feel. The selection of pizza is excellent. This place is always busy when we’ve been. The dough has a good flavor. They use authentic ingredients. Always a great time when we get the chance to dine in.

Those who know me know that I die on the hill of promoting The Pizza Cart, but this place has great pizza and great service, too! [Not as good as The Pizza Cart though, ok?]

Honestly, I would eat here if I could afford it. Rather expensive...

This place has become our favorite spot in Cedar City for me and my family. It’s honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had, I just wish they were in Las Vegas too! The special mushroom and artichoke pizzas are our favorites. The staff were very nice, and since most of them are students, we made sure to be generous with tips.

Had a Caesar salad and Margherita pizza, since we weren’t too hungry. The salad portion was huge and perfect for sharing as an appetizer. The pizza tasted excellent as well. Will definitely come back if we pass through again. A place with a great vibe!
