Chipotle Mexican Grill

Good sized bowl but rice and beans were cold and some hard uncooked beans or something in my veggie bowl.

I grab a burrito from here around once a month. At least the meat, carnitas are seasoned and taste good. I have also had the pork, which i like as well. Not once have I been disappointed with the food. Service is always fine. I grab to go, when traveling through. One thing is the dining area could be better maintained as there were dirty tables. Counter area was clean as well as drink area.

Showed up about 1 hour before close. Only a few people in the restaurant. Walked up to order, but the only person visible was the cook, cutting up some steak. He made eye contact, and walked to the back. I then saw another guy come from the back. He went out to the dining area, and then returned to the back of the restaurant. We waited for a good 5 to 7 minutes before someone greeted us. The lady in the drive thru area popped her head out and saw my wife and I waiting. She then seemed surprised and quickly ran to wash her hands. I then saw the shift manager come out from the back, checking food temps (back refrigerator, not the serving line). Finally, the lady in the drive thru came and greeted us. She apologized for the wait.
I typically choose my food based on how fresh it looks, but there weren't too many options. I normally get the fajita veggies, but the only remaining veggies were stuck to the bottom; didn't look very satisfying. The steak that the cook was cutting up earlier never came to the line, so I went with the chicken.

Overall, food wasn't fresh, service was horrible. Prices have gone through the roof. Wouldn't recommend this Chipotle.

i got a bowl with guac, and i rarely get guac because its so expensive, and they forgot it. when i called to figure something out they told me to file a complaint on the app, and nothing has happened with that, but on top of that the steak felt old, the bowl was cold, and it was not an enjoyable experience. the lady that served me was nice but that was the only good thing. justice for my overpriced from guacamole #rip 💔🥀

Stingiest Chipotle I've ever been to. I had room for two bowls (at the size I was served) in my container. Usually, I'm scraping guacamole and cheese of the lid.

Food was great and employees were helpful & efficient. The issue I have is with management/corporate - they do not have a public WiFi available to individuals dining in. I came here for a working lunch - will not be back solely due to this reason.

I was really disappointed with my order. The food came cold, the lettuce was soggy and frozen, and the portions were the bare minimum. As someone who orders here regularly, this was unacceptable.

The guacamole was left out too long or old and was brown. There was only one person who was working both the front and pick up order. Other employees were walking around looking at the lines but not helping at all. I would not recommend this place.

I love Chipotle it's my family's favorite fast food restaurant, even the younger ones! We did 3 times cross-country and many times SW-NW and tried many different Chipotles. Only few places I can say wasn't good but this one is really needs to train their chiefs. In a 2 months we went there 3 different times, foods were not good, too salty, vegetables over cooked, rice were uncooked, meats were uncooked inside but burnt outside, I think we don't want to go again this Chipotle. Young nice kids are working but they need training how to cook I believe! I hope they don't close this only one Chipotle in Cedar City/ UT.

All around great place to grab lunch. Staff are friendly out going helpful the atmosphere is inviting clean chill peaceful place to bring the kids parents grandparents 1st dates 5 stars from me & every one I spoke to The biggest plus the food is fresh so many healthy options & the portions abundant. Nothing but great things 🤩

The best Chipotle my family and I have been to! We visit Chipotle a lot in Co, and have never received the customer service we received when we came here!

We are a family of 8! So our order can create confusion, cause a line, etc. But they were so patient with every meal we ordered and so friendly! Every meal was also perfect!
