Very busy every time we have been to this location! We had a situation where we had to wait a long time for our food but they made it right. The manager and another employee handled the situation with class. Hopefully they can work out the kinks in regards to this issue in the future. However, the food at this location is always very good - better than at other Costa Vida locations and the customer service has always been real solid! Make a few tweaks and this will turn into a a 5 star review. Keep up the good work with food quality and customer service 😀

This costa Vida sucks. They don’t follow any of their own training. As a former costa Vida employee I was disappointed to see how my order was put together.Recently I placed an online order and it was pretty clear that quality control was missing. Most of my order was messed up or forgotten. The management and employees need to be better.

Saturday night at 6:30pm & they are COMPLETELY out of refried beans. Wild. Did our order, waited 1 1/2 to be told they don’t have beans. Insane. On a Saturday? I get it. Can only control what they can but knowing it’s a busy day, you run out of beans? & have no means to make it right? Alright. 👍🏻

Both times I've tried to do a group order, it's been over 30 minutes late. I will place the order 2 hours in advance to make it easier on the workers, and still it isn't even started until after the time I'm told I can pick it up. I understand 10 plates can be a lot, but it's really irritating waiting 45 minutes after the pickup time and watched dozens of people arrive, order, eat, and leave before they even look at the order that was already past due. We won't be ordered here anymore simply because we don't have time to wait nearly an hour longer for our food. Additionally, they did not label any of the plates, which we added to our order to have, since it was for a business. Just all together I can always count on this location to have bad service
