CV is a Mexican diner that we frequent - no matter where we are. Each franchise is different from the next, which can be subtle or not so subtle. For the most part, this CV in Cedar City provided a good dining experience. One dish I particularly enjoy is two cheese Enchiladas with the hot sauce. In this case, hot meant HOT ? ?. HOLY MOLE! I love spicy. I love that zing from the peppers. But either I was in a funky way or this batch of hot sauce received three times the normal amount of zing. After two bites, I could no longer ingest my food, and I paid for it dearly throughout the night! Haahaahaahaaaaa!

Great food but the drive thru lines can be atrocious,sometimes waits as long as 20-30 minutes. If they’re busy just go elsewhere if you’re in a rush
We went there on Saturday and were helped by this waiter named sawyer. He was the best waiter ive ever had. if you ever go here, ask for sawyer and youll have a great time.
I love Costa Vida, the food here is always fresh and delicious. Although I feel it must be a bad work environment because the workers are always so unhappy and angry. They are always so annoyed if you ask a question.

Pretty disappointed in this store. We went in for a quick chicken quesadilla and while in the line noticed that there was fresh chicken on the grill. Started our order and were told there was no chicken, it was all for catering. The worker didn't say sorry and no one tried to offer us an alternative. I usually have a good experience in this store, but not this time!

Been going here since they’ve opened and I have NEVER had my order correct from the drive through or pickup. Not once… in years of going… Also, don’t bother paying for extra meat if you go through the drive through or pickup because you will only be paying more for less meat than you’d get in a regular serving. I’d highly recommend going in if you’re getting food here because the only way you’re getting what you pay for is if you watch them scoop it from start to finish.

Love this place! It's our favorite place for lunch and sometimes dinner. Jon is the best, and Lance always greets us with a friendly Hello! Food and service is always top tier and the restaurant is always clean , even when full. Which is often. Highly recommend this place, our favorite is the raspberry chicken salad and they make it just how we want it! ?? Terry and Sammie
