When I went to pick up my order it was not ready and the two girls working laughed and said “oh yea it’s the only order”. Then when I tried the cookies one of them had a huge wad of (what I think is) wax paper in it!! I’ve always loved crumbl but this location is horrible and the employees are always rude and never helpful.

Taste is good, just always surprised how much it cost. Cashier was kind but never told or showed me the total. I had to ask her after she’d told me to “go ahead and insert or tap”. Also, no seats or benches to wait while the order is being made. There were about 6 people standing and waiting. Nothing to do while waiting. No seats, no samples, nothing but sit and wait and think on how somehow you just got duped to spend almost $50 on cookies. Box came with a chocolate smear from employee's finger.

A lot of the cookies I've gotten have been over baked lately which sucks for the amount you're paying for them.

Cookies are ok, but for 1/4 the price you can get better cookies at Walmart just a block away. Marketside cookies are sold in a 6 pack for $6 and they taste better, but are much smaller. Also the chocolate chip cookies at Costco are only $10 for a ton of them and they are MUCH better and MUCH cheaper.
Expensive, but impossibly delicious. Edit: I know everything has gotten more expensive recently, but Crumbl is absolutely out of control. I hardly ever go anymore.
