It's a typical fast food joint, but sightly more upscale. The butter burgers are good and have good flavor, and their custard is nice and thick.
We went on a Saturday night around 7:15 and there were no clean tables despite looking fully staffed. We had to ask someone to clean a table for us.
Everything in our order came out good, but it was all room temp instead of hot, which is a bummer.
Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement.

They have an employee that constantly revs their engine and is absolutely obnoxious every time they go near their car. 11pm and they sit there revving over and over and over just to show off to his friends. Management needs to do better to ensure their employees are representing their company in a positive way! There are houses right next to their lot. Have some consideration.

I have always loved Culver’s. I still do, but this location is losing control. Last 3 times we’ve been there the food has taken so long to get out to us, they apologize for the “delay” but then the food is cold. If you look behind the counter, the food is piled up just sitting there. By the time they bring it to you, it’s cold. One time we went to the drive through and just ordered two custards. That’s all. They asked us to pull around and wait in our car for the order. 18 minutes later they finally brought them out (after I walked in and asked about it twice) and they were half melted.
I’ve asked to speak with management but there doesn’t seem to be any. Someone somewhere needs to do something about the problems here.

I would rate it 2.5 stars. Service is fine, food didn’t taste great honestly. The salad that we got was NOT good. Unfortunately my wife only had a couple bites and it ruined her appetite and didn’t finish it. My burger was okay, but wasn’t great. Also, the hygiene of some of the workers was terrible. The Oder from the one was bad, and to me if you can’t clean your body and have good hygiene, you shouldn’t work in the food industry. The Cleanliness of the bathrooms is horrid. My wife said the women’s had a toilet leaking everywhere on the floor, and it was gross in there. The men’s room had water (I think) all over the floor, sink/counter area was not clean, and the paper towel dispenser didn’t work.
I hope all this gets fixed soon. We won’t return for a long while because of this unfortunately

The staff seem to be more interested in messing around than service. There was a hair on the bacon of my burger which I guess they couldn't just refund me for, as I'd lost my appetite. They did provide vouchers for a free meal. This being my first experience with Culvers, though, also makes it my last. Not sure why they couldn't just refund. I got no explanation

I come to this Culver's often, and I've recently been dashing... This review is not about the food this review is to say thank you. I've been in this store multiple occasions as of late when I've been dashing, this place gets busy and it's chaotic... But every time I come in I look for one person. Rachel... I'm telling you that girl knows how to hustle. She knows what's going on. She's always on top of it.... As a customer, it's greatly appreciated as a Dasher even more so... So from us food delivery people Rachel, we want to say thank you. You make our lives easier every time we come in there. You're busting your butt and you are hustling... We notice and we appreciate you! Sure hope your management does too.
