Would rather go else where, the staff are always slacking off or talking in the back and are just unprofessional in general. The custard is almost always completely melted by the time I or a friend have gotten it. Even going through the drive through they serve people who ordered long after I have placed an order. Sometimes you might get lucky with a nice employee or two but it's definitely not worth the experience.

Great Meals at Culver’s in Washington & Cedar City, Utah We recently visited Culver’s in both Washington and Cedar City, Utah, and both experiences were fantastic! The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I went with a delicious deluxe double cheeseburger paired with crispy, golden onion rings that were cooked to perfection—just the right amount of crunch without being greasy.
Both locations had clean dining areas, friendly staff, and quick service, making the meals even more enjoyable. The Washington location had a particularly warm and welcoming atmosphere, while Cedar City’s crew was equally attentive and made sure our order was spot-on.

Grilled chicken sandwich was very bland! Chili fries were mid the chili had beans which was kinda weird to me, But their concrete mixers are very good!! Will be back probably only for the ice cream (custard)

First time here @ Culver's . I was surprised how good their food was. The burgers were delicious, great flavors & it wasn't skimpy like your normal fast food joints. Not sure where else Culver's is but it's not in my hometown.. this place is better than some of the burger joints in Las VegasVegas/Henderson. And they make their own sauces & root beer soda pop.
Everyone got Hersey Squirts ! Burgers were cold and dry with cold cheese not melted. 35 minute wait to get it! Everyone got sick - even the dogs, all but two people who didn't eat any.

I placed a carry out order because I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to wait in the drive-through. I waited over 45 minutes for my carryout, and received extremely cold food. They need to hire some adults.

Please either bring the food faster or call numbers. Our food sat and was cold by the time it was brought to the table. There looked to be plenty of staff. 2 of the 4 veggie burgers were hardly cooked no one finished. Please train your staff to properly cook veggie burgers, I think that would solve it. They did try to make up for the bad veggie burgers by giving a complimentary fry and onion rings....so much better hot!
Concrete shakes were very good.

We were just passing thru and decided to stay in cedar city for the night. We were so happy to find a Culver’s here. Hamburgers and cheese curds were great. We couldn’t leave without have a concrete mixer, their custard was great. The whole crew’s here were welcoming and helpful

We went for a Saturday bite and we got to the window a employee Hannah was being so rude to the other employees calling them stupid or rudely asking what they are doing the employee it was happening to was very kind and professional but I could not stand it and made the experience horrible it was more than once and very uncalled for if she’s there I will not be going to get food I’ll happily drive somewhere else
