Cameron was a breath of fresh air, finally a customer service kid who knows good business and takes care of his guests, keep this kid around you found a gem with him which is hard to find in Southern Utah. Brains and respect. Thank you

Why I keep going back I just don't know why. Probably because these isn't any place else I know to get a "fresh" bagel from.
First time I went realized this store was a miniature store to the Einstein Bagel's I frequented in California. No Issue on that, I can simply adapted. 100% of the time the staff doesn't know what double toasted is. I was told that they cannot double toast the bagels. Huh? So, I just get in untoasted and toast it at home. They have all these bagel sandwiches with smear i.e. Roasted Tomato or Country Pepper. When asked to use any of those 2 smears I am told that they "cannot do that" as my smear of choice. I hope corporate is paying attention, especially seeing other Cedar Citians have issues with this location.

Food was cold, coffee tastes like syrup. Had to wait an extra 10 mins at the counter between my food coming out to getting my drink. This location has been without a manager for about 2 months now. Someone needs to be in there to supervise the kids working there.

Came in on a Sunday morning. Was looking forward to trying this place out and was kinda disappointed. Ordered a simple bacon and egg sandwich on an asiago bagel. The bagel wasn't toasted, still really soft. But maybe it's just my preference? Bacon was nice and crispy so I'll give them that. However, I ordered a caramel cream cold brew, it was way too sweet. Tasted like there was no coffee in it at all. Boyfriend ordered the pizza bagel which was good so points for that. Service was okay I suppose. The guy that took our order was a little quiet. Overall, it was just okay. Wasn't thrilled but not awful. Not really worth the price but maybe I'll try again and give an updated review.

This is a fake Einsteins! Not the normal menu, options, don’t allow app or gift cards, and definitely not the quality you’re used to from an Einsteins. Go somewhere else and wait to go to a regular location.

Im vegetarian so when I read the lox nox bagel it was just onion tomato and then cream cheese I was wrong apparently there is fish even though it didn't say that there was fish in the ingredients I'm very disappointed.

I don’t know who the big guy is but his piss poor attitude was terrible i walked in and ordered right away and waited 15 mins before they told the people after me it would be 20 mins i asked how much longer for my food and they said there were 4 orders. I’m trying to drive home and leave town and this was an insane wait for 2 sandwiches. The staff was rude !! This guy gave me such attitude he should be fired.

YAY for Einstein Bro's! That breakfast sandwich was awesome. The twice baked potatoes YUM!! Excellent addition to our amazing town. Thank you

Check your order CAREFULLY before you walk out of their store or drive away from drive-up. Got a "ham, cheese and single egg" breakfast bagel today; made it to work to find there is NO EGG. Worse, went to call them and their phone number says "the number you dialed does not have voice-mail". Not a difficult job to enter the order correctly at the register or to follow the order when making a "breakfast" bagel sandwich.

BACK 2 MONTHS LATER - January 2024 - your employees STILL cannot get orders correct and I "trusted" they would. Order a ham, swiss and egg breakfast bagel. How difficult is it to put HAM on the bagel.? I left with a swiss and egg bagel - NO PROTEIN. How do you stay in business?? Or is that why there were NO CUSTOMERS in your store when I walked in at 10:30 a.m. ???

This is my second time trying bagels from this chain food place and I haven’t been disappointed. Everyone there is very friendly and the bagels were yummy.

Saturday morning my husband went to Einstein in Cedar City. There was 2 people in front of him at the counter. He placed his order which was a blueberry bagel, not toasted with a cream cheese shmear. He then went to the gas station to get a drink. He took his time knowing that it would be a minute before he got his order with 2 people in front of him. When he came back his order nor the two customers before him had received their orders. They then proceeded to give another man a large box of bagels. My husband asked the other 2 people before him if that man had ordered before them since he was not there to witness it and they said no he had ordered after my husband. With the two people before my husband still waiting for their orders my husband did not have time to wait for his order and left the store. With no bagel or refund. Then earlier in the week me and my son went to the drive up and ordered a 6 cheese bagel and a regular bagel with crispy bacon, egg and cheese. We were the only car in the drive up. After waiting at the window for close to 12 minutes they finally gave us our bagels and apologized for the long wait. As we drove away and took a bite of our bagels both of them were cold including the egg and cheese. Super disappointed in the service and the food.
