Good, friendly customer service and yummy sweet drinks. I could use the pretzels to break a window, though (once those fireballs cool down enough to touch). I’ve been dumb enough to order them a few times….Are they drying out or zapped for too long?

Went today about 2:22 PM put in an order online showed up and they were closed. If you checked on the app it show the other location being closed, but not this one all they had was posted note on the window saying they would be open at 5:30 try contacting someone by phone and no one answered try contacting the corporate office and couldn’t get a hold of anybody so I called another store in Utah and they couldn’t even give me the corporate office number they said I have to look it up on Google and I told him I wasn’t calling to complain about that and they gave me a number which led to answering
They have good drinks and I love how they are open later. So good I had to tip 95 dollars ?

Kamas location: Ordered coffee with hazelnut sugar free syrup and half and half. Got black coffee. Then got black coffee with some manner of syrup (not hazelnut). Then got luke warm coffee with some manner of syrup and some white stuff. Of the 3 components of the coffee I ordered, the server got 2 wrong. He has one job: make coffee to order. 2/10 would not try again.
