Firehouse Subs Cedar City Towne Center

I order from here often for work lunches. I normally have everyone order their own sandwich, but today I tried the catering sandwich box. The presentation in catering box was great - SUPER happy to have each small sandwich individually wrapped. The kind woman I checked in with helped me out to my car with the food, which I was very happy with!

Ordered one sandwich which was good. Took our order right away. Three people behind the counter - twenty minutes later our sandwich comes out. Not sure what the three people were doing. Wasn't crowded so should have taken 5 minutes.

Don't go here if you are in a hurry.

They would not take the coupon without going through the app. So i it took me 30 minutes to get it ordered on the app. Come to find out, there were issues all day on ordering things on the app. They would have to call their boss to get a credit on my account and to refund my credit card and not get the food!! What a joke!! I will never go back.

Several of the tables were dirty so finding a clean place to sit was a task. The service was good with friendly and helpful staff. Hadn't been to a Firehouse for a while, but I was reminded how yummy their sandwiches are.

They take WAY too long. My co worker and I were 15 minutes late back to work because they lost our order. We were first in line and served after everyone behind us. Very poor service
