I normally don’t review chain restaurants or takeout places, but I had a particularly nice experience at this Firehouse Subs, not only are the sandwiches consistently great (more so from this location), but their service is exceptional.

Today I wanted to get a sandwich before work and did not look at their opening hours, the result was me showing up ~1hr and 20 minutes before they technically opened, coming from the food industry some of the places I’ve worked at would generally have asked the customer to leave, instead they told me it might be a second longer but they just fired up their equipment and would be happy to serve me. Fire experience getting treated like a customer and not a ticket number at a fast food or takeout place!

Props to all the amazing people working at this location, time and time again I have particularly good experiences here.

The food is always great! However, when I'm the only customer in the store and no food is being made for online orders and it takes 20 minutes to get my sandwich, that's poor service.

When I walked in, I was amazed at the theme of it being a fire station. Memorabilia everywhere. We were met by a person explaining the establishment and we made our orders. It was BOGO. Our.meals where ready within a few minutes. I took one bite and was sold! I had a BBQ brisket sandwhich. I couldn't get enough! The staff were so kind and attentive. This is a family oriented place to eat. Don't miss the opportunity for an amazing meal and friendly staff to meet your needs!

the order was a bit off but it was close enough and tasted great so i didnt care much. still, could be an issue for anyone with restrictions.

I love the gluten free bread here. I usually get the Hook and Ladder or the meatball sub. My husband loves the new Thanksgiving sub!

I order from here often for work lunches. I normally have everyone order their own sandwich, but today I tried the catering sandwich box. The presentation in catering box was great - SUPER happy to have each small sandwich individually wrapped. The kind woman I checked in with helped me out to my car with the food, which I was very happy with!
