I took my wife here this morning and the ladies behind the counter were very rude there were no customers and they didn’t want to help me with the self order machine when I had questions ended up ordering the wrong thing and they told me there was nothing they could do

I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes! Then when I got to the window I was handed pumpkin smash bowls instead of oatmeal and when I asked about it they said we don’t serve oatmeal after 3 pm. Whether this is true or not I was very disappointed.

Smoothies at this spot are always good, dont get me wrong. Employees are nice and very cordoal. But man the Acai bowls are so inconsistent. Sometimes they’re perfect, other times there’s next to no actual smoothie and you feel you’re getting ripped off, and other times they just drown your toppings in it (see the pic). Just generally inconsistent location, you gotta go at a good time fs

They build really good smoothies;but if they want more business,I’d suggest them using cups that their lids will stay on;unless they’re going to provide a interior detailing for every smoothie you get.🤷♂️. Another person and I went there,and we both got cups that the edge was smashed,and the lid wouldn’t stay on.

Haven’t been to Jamba juice in over a decade. Holy crap these prices have definitely gone up. Would come back more often but because of these prices, it would be a rare occasion. We got the razzmatazz and mango go go smoothie. They were good, a little watery but definitely satisfied our thirst!

Why imposing tips for picking up a cup of smoothie via a drive thru? why these employees feel to hustle for a tip? probably not well paid! so why do you feel that its the customer responsibility to create the balance and show appreciation when the customer is already paying more than should be paid for a miserable smoothie...why dont you show appreciation to your workers by offering them % of your sales hmmm it could be a solution right! and the broken customer like me will not feel harassed and the worker will be happy enough with what he/she making to serve the customer with honor, and your business is going to stay open and extend
