I typically love Jimmy John’s and have never had any issues with them or their food. However, I ordered the Beach Club a few days ago and got the worst food poisoning of my life. Sad to say I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.

We got a sandwich that had a large hair inside of it. We went inside told the Feller at the front counter about the hair. He raised his voice at my wife and spoke very rudely to her in front of a crowded restaurant. The food was OK. Service was awful.

Refused to cut my sandwich in half and offered me a plastic knife. Really???? I did not expect the owner to take any responsibility. I would not have accepted it if I knew you did not cut it in half for my six year old daughter. I am sure Inspire brands expects more from you. Bad service and bad attitude from the staff. I understand why now.

Out of all the locations I’ve been to, the Cedar City location is my favorite! Delicious sandwiches, fast service, and the topping portions are great! I love that I can earn points through the app as well!
I ordered my food to be ready at 12:30. It was ready precisely at 12:30! The food was delicious and as busy as that store was, it was organized and clean. I give them an A+! Good job! I need to add that watching the employees work was like watching a musical! Pure beauty!

Food and service was great. Dining area is quite nice. Unfortunately, the noise level was off the charts. The blasting music did not mix well with the sounds of staff yelling customers' names ( they had to yell or not be heard). I believe the problem was sounds bouncing off of all the hard wall and floor surfaces.

It's hard to get out with your car after getting your order. You can't back out because of the drive through. It gets to be quite a traffic jam!! It's a mess the way the drive through is.
