I ordered two chkn breasts original she said it would be 30 min but I could have extra crispy when I got to the window 10 minutes later I was told to pull around and wait 39 minutes later my order came with a breast and a wing not good at all.

This was me giving this location a second try went through the drive-through to get chicken for tonight‘s Monday night football game and was told they were out of original chicken. So I was trying to be reasonable and agreed to get crispy chicken when I got to the window to pay was told it would be 20 minutes for crispy chicken. told them to cancel my order and cancel any chance of me coming back? They should just call this location biscuits inside. Just went through the drive-through and was told they were out of original recipe chicken. I asked OK what chicken do you have and was told they were out of all chicken. Seems like they could’ve planned better since this is a football weekend?
We used to love the saucy nuggets! We recently got some that were raw. It was so so gross. We ordered twp different flavors and they both had a few raw ones in the bowl 🤢

Ordered our 8pc meal and were quickly directed to pull to the side....where another large vehicle was jokeying to squeeze by another car in front of him, us, and a cement wall. We, too, jockeyed and sat for 20 minutes until they walked up to the window empty-handed and asked what we were waiting for. We showed our receipt, as others jockyed to pull and wait as well. Ten more minutes , and we were on our way.
Understanding this was not just her fault, I playfully commented about our 30-minute wait (with the same person who took our payment), and her response implied it was the chicken's fault.
We often go here and rarely expect to receive all of our orders accurately (always check now before pulling off), but tonight was the most interesting visit. Seems so disorganized, but we do love that chicken, I guess. I seldom do these reviews and even more seldom report negatively, but I felt I wanted to share this time.
Sorry guys, but it seems to be lacking organization in the past several years.
