It would be cool if a worker stepped out from the back to take our order instead of waiting 5-10 minutes and not having anyone come up front. Especially if there’s 4 people crowded together directly across from the entrance. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I went to get pizza for my employees 2 doors down at noon today. I just wanted to say the 6ft blonde handsome man with black glasses is phenomenal!! As I waited for my pizza I watched him run circles helping customers as they came in then immediately running to the back to finish ppls orders. That had to have been stressful due to how busy it was but he still continued to smile and have great customer service. This man needs a gold star ⭐️ thank u to whoever u are I appreciate you and your doing a good job if no one’s told you.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LITTLE CAESARS! Our experience was so horrible at this store. The staff was incredibly rude when we came to pick up our order, we placed an order online and they claimed to have lost it and never made it so it. When my husband literally pulled up the receipt that they were looking at that we had ordered not even 30 minutes before. It then took them 40 minutes to get our order to us and they were so inconsiderate when they were the ones who messed up (zero customer service skills). They forgot our crazy bread and sauce when they brought out our order after 40 minutes. Basically if you want to have a horrible experience and don't want to get your food why they say you will, go here.

I cannot say enough good about this location! I accidentally ordered from the wrong one and Jenny called the other location to get me a refund when they were unwilling to. I understand the error was on my part but they were so kind and went out of their way to help me. The cashier was also so friendly and got Jenny involved. Thanks for helping me get a crowd of hungry people fed!!

The last two times I've eaten here haven't been a great experience. The 1st time the crazy bread was overcooked and coated in butter, no parmesan, just butter. The 2nd time I picked up 2 pretzel crust pizza's, the crust on both was burned and had no salt. I tried reaching out by email on their contact page on the official site and never got a response.

The pizza was fine, it was good and hot but the service was pretty bad.... the guy running the checkout had no idea what he was doing and made us wait way longer than we should have for our pizzas. In fact he gave one of ours that was already done to a dufferent customer thinking we couldn't hear him tslking about it! Not happy with my visit here at all.
I thought the hot and ready was supposed to be hot and ready.. isn’t that the whole business platform? That the food is ready and you do t wait for it?

The place wasn’t busy at all I ordered online and came in 5 minutes after pickup and my food wasn’t ready I waited 15 minutes for it and to make matters worse the order was wrong and I waited another 5 minutes at the counter for someone to come back and talk to me no one came so I left the boys working we’re just messing around in the back
