we waited 20 minutes just to place an order after we were told 4 times to wait a moment. we wanted a cheese and he showed us a hot and ready cheese that looked abit old. we asked when it was made and he said he doesnt know. we were hoping to still get it at a discounted price but then he nust tosses it on the floor with out saying anything. which was kinda awkward. also we had to remind him like 3 times if he put crazy bread and jalapeno sauce on our order. even tho there was like 5 workers talking and being loud not one of them came and asked if we had been helped. not a good place to come if you havent ordered online.

Found a few black hairs on my pepperoni pizza. And they forgot my sauce even though i asked them to double check. Cashier didnt even say anything just kept their headphones in. Gave little Caesars another chance and this happens. Absolutely disgusting.

We really like the food and the staff are nice, however ordering online (even ahead of time) is a joke. I’ve even ordered a few hours before requested pick up and it’s still an hour after that. It feels like staff may not know how to balance priority between online orders and in person. Do they forget to check? Just frustrating.

Management needs to step up and help their staff. The manager Sitting around and watching your pizza cutter member and front register member completely fall apart while you sit on the computer ain’t helping. I had an order placed to pick up at 11:40am, and got pizza at 12:20pm. Help Your staff!

Is a good small location It might need some cleaning but is ok
Come in there wanting to get a smothered hot n ready pizza... they tell me they don't have any at the moment so I have to wait.. that's fine. But 15 minutes has passed and nothing yet. I go back in there and ask how long is the estimate. They tell me who cares? She has to wait.. all rude. So I ask for a refund. But as soon as I ask for the refund, the pizza is all of a sudden ready.. but NOT smothered. Like come on... really? Yall need to get your shit together.. customer service tucked. Food sucked... all in all the worst experience I've had with this little Caesars.

I came in and ordered a cheese pizza with crazy bread and crazy sauce. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes with my 7 year old hungry in the car they tell me it’s another 20 minutes and there attitude was oh well the person who told you lied nothing we can do and didn’t even care. I understand there is orders that puts them behind but when they screw up to have that attitude after my child sat hungry for over an hour waiting was unacceptable and makes me want to choose the other pizza places in town like 5 buck, dominos or Pizza Hut.

Consistently late. Guaranteed to always be 20+ minutes late. Today, we placed an order in advance by over an hour and called at the pick up time in expectation that it’d be late. Not to our surprise, our order hadn’t even been started yet at the pick up time. This happens a majority of the time that we come to this location. Excited that another location will be opening on the North end of town so we don’t need to go to this location anymore.

I came in and ordered a stuffed crust pizza with custome toppings, cost 20 and change.
They weren't too busy inside the store, but i didn't know how many online or phone orders came in before I ordered in store.
Took probably 20-25 min to recieve my order, I know mainly rowdy kids work here, at least they have a job and aren't causing a ruckus around town.
The pizza was amazing hands down better stuffed crust pizza vs pizza hut ot domino's.
Even the next day out of the fridge the pizza and the crust was soft and delicious, and yes I eat my leftover pizza cold.
I don't know if it's a different dough recipe vs the regular hot and ready dough but. It's was good.
I gave it 4 stars becuase the tiny lobby felt a little dirty.

I tried to order on the app and it said it wasn't receiving orders. I called and there was no answer. I went in and saw their whole system was down; no menus, no card transactions, etc. The young girl at the counter was taking orders on paper and in a highly stressful situation but she handled it well and my 2 large orders were perfect and on time.
