Jasmine, my waitress, was very attentive, friendly, and answered my questions on menu items. She is a great asset to this restaurant, and this was the highlight of my visit. The food, however, has a lot to be desired. I ordered the Mongolian Beef and the Broccoli in Garlic Sauce. The flavors in the Mongolian Beef were very nice, but most of the beef was unchewable, very tough. The Broccoli in Garlic Sauce tasted fishy, so I did not enjoy this either. When I refused boxes for mostly uneaten food, poor Jasmine didn't know what to say and just brought me my check. It wasn't her fault but I would have thought a redo of the food would have been offered.

This restaurant is so big and nice inside! The food is absolutely incredible!! Best Chinese in Utah! The staff are amazingly gracious and the lady on the front is always so nice!!!!!

In Southern Utah I have not found great Chinese food. The Mandarin is as close as I’ve found. Nice ambiance. Flavors of food are good. My kids love it. It is better than most Chinese in S Utah.
