I always have a malfunction with either the app or the kiosk inside the store and every single time I do I have so much help and sympathy from the employees! I prefer this McDonald’s to the other one in town. This one has great people working here and they do their best considering technology and machines malfunction.

Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! If I could give negative stars, I would. No customers inside, and maybe 5 cars in front of my in the drive thru, and it took 40 minutes to get my $20 worth of food. All cars in front of me in the drive thru had to park and wait equally as long. Most people were exiting their cars and going into the building to figure out where there food was. A massive line formed behind me, and several cars at the payment window ended up driving away, either with or without paying for their food because no one was there to help them or they were sick of waiting. Food was... McDonald's. They shoved everything into one bag. Half of the fries ended up at the bottom of the bag and the others ended up tipping over onto the floor of my car since they were hang out of the top of the bag. I have worked in the restaurant and customer service industry for almost 20 years, and this was ridiculous. McDonald's should honestly shut this place down until they can figure something out. Whether this was the employee's fault or a staffing issue, I would be embarrassed to work there.

I never get on and leave reviews, but we just spent 1/2 hour waiting at the pickup stall for our food. We watched a ton of cars go through the drive through and get their food and leave. My husband finally went in to see what was taking so long, only to find out that they hadn’t even started putting our order together. When we FINaLLY got our food, the fries were cold and the hamburgers were soggy. I definitely won’t ever be returning to this location.

Our food tasted rancid and like it had been pulled from the trash. To top things off, I found a pet hair on my burger. Bathrooms & dining area were filthy. All trash cans were overflowing. Would not recommend!

McDonald's must not be paying these workers enough. It takes me 20 plus minutes to get food. In the drive thru. The last 4 times ive been here it took 25 minutes to get my food. Your managers need to pay more. They dont deserve the anger they get from customers waiting 20 minutes when they are understaffed. AWFUL management. Cooks and workers are damn awesome.

Don't ask these guys how a queue works cause they dont know how to read the queue or the freaking receipt that's on the dang box. Don't bother going the counter to get your order fixed anyways. They cant pay attention enough to care.
We waited in the drive through for 45-60 minutes. This is NOT fast food.

I waited inside for service about 10 minutes before anyone even noticed I was there. I had ordered on the kiosk but it declined my payment so I was waiting to pay at the cashier station after my payment was completed, I waited another 15 minutes for my order. The fries were hard and cold and my buns were dry and falling apart. I asked to have no onion but the first bite was as full of onion.
