Your food is put together like someone was wearing blinders . The cheese was mostly off the burger the buns were burnt no pride in making the burger and they always seem to be served for the drive up! Oh wonder why yes!!! I figured it out the customer won’t come back and complain guess what you @ McDonald’s are wrong!! Have you checked your rating a three really sucks.

Hi I came in on 12/30/25 to pick up an order at the front counter at 10:45pm and the lobby doors were locked. But in the door it says that the lobby closes at 11pm. I went to go cancel my order but the app would not let me. Do better McDonalds.

I wanted to grab a quick snack on my way home to Nevada, and stopped at the Cedar City location. I've been a McDonald's fan most of my life, but I hadn't been in a while. I live about 100 miles from the nearest McDonald's, and it isn't ever the top destination when we go to town. I used some points that were about to expire and got a really good deal on some very bad food. The McChicken was as expected, but the burgers were slopped together and looked like someone had sat on them. Everything was luke warm, and the store was filthy. The worker just stood there with their back to the lobby watching the food be prepared. When I complain to my wife, she said don't you remember that the Cedar City store is always bad? I guess I remember now...

Maybe don't do maintenance on your play place in the middle of a day when kids are all out of school... The store was absolutely stuffed and 2 workers were just laughing and chilling in the play place.

This location was a mess! Most of the tables were dirty. There was trash and food on the floors. The drink area had soda everywhere. The food was typical and satisfied my hunger. They were quick to get my order ready. There is a play place, which can be fun for the kids. But overall, this location has been messy every time we've visited over the years while traveling through to Northern Utah or back to Las Vegas.

Hot food fast drive through! easy to get to off street and re enter street
They absolutely ignore their 2nd lane on drive thru. Is that speaker broken? Or is it just poor management? Several cars backed up on the right side drive thru lane. The other side just zipping thru. We all had to go inside to ask them for ou mobile drive thru orders. So n it wasnt that anyone was taking long tk order. They just dont even seem to know that they have a second lane. They are simply not qualified to work at fast food.

Just like the other location. Understaffed extremely long wait times. Horrible management and im guessing horrible pay. Pay your workers a good wage and people will WANT to work. These poor workers get screamed at by customers. Whomever the managers/owners are really need to be out on the nightshift. Because waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru is unforgivable. There is no fast about this fast food.

So I haven't come to McDonald's in years because the last time I did this CedarCity location was absolutely disgustingly dirty. Well today was no different can I wanting to get lunch with my kids but every single table was gross and the floors had food and garbage and dry crusty soda all over the floors. So I guess it'll be mant more years until I try the McDonald's in cedar city again. They need to either hire more people or maybe get the ones that they already have to do their jobs better.
