Well, their fries are almost always hot -- but not always. They have two order lines but still only one exit so it's great time to catch up on your texting. I like it because there's $1 per minute wait time while driving sports fans home after a game. So add $10 to the tab, plus the ride and their generous tips? Plus catch-up on texting with my angry ex? How can I not love them? Oh, except my roommate cleaned kitchen for them... I guess I know toooo much.

Please stop putting your Doordash orders hot food in with ice cold drinks. This utterly ruins fries. It's like an ice pack for any other food. Your workers don't pay attention. They need to put fresh cooked fries in the order when the dasher gets there. Otherwise, fries are no good! New policies need to be instated. Laziness, bad service, lack of common sense! Doordash costs 40-50$ for my family if 4. That's a fortune for such awful food. Doordash hardly ever refunds! Bad on you too McDonald's.

I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this place is horrible. Last time I came here, I ordered 10 cookies. Thats all, just cookies. I was told to pull around and wait in the parking lot. I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes. I finally went inside and asked where my cookies were. Someone had forgot to bring them out to me.
Today I ordered breakfast at 10:30am on the app. They stop serving at 11. I placed my order at 10:30 and drove to the location. I entered in my stall number for curb side. I waited 30 minutes again. I went inside and asked if it was going to be much longer. I was told by the manager “when we turned over to lunch we threw away all the breakfast food.” I asked why they threw away my breakfast if I was waiting outside for curbside? All he could say was “sorry. We can reimburse you or switch it out for lunch items.” 🙄🙄🙄 I asked “do you guys not pay attention to your orders that are waiting at curbside?” He replied “we usually do.” Nah man. That’s BS.

Passing through and ordered 20 piece nuggets and small sprite. Both nuggets cold and hard as if its been sitting under the warmer all day and the sprite was 3/4 full. Then we couldn’t exit cause their lane to wait for food ordered was blocking all traffic exit! Someone needs to seriously revise the traffic outlet and food waiting lane. The employees were courteous and kind why I gave a 2 instead of a zero, but food needs help!
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Had to go to the counter 3 separate times cause all the items they forgot. Also they didn’t have the right toy as advertised on the kiosk
