I love perks! And I've been going here for over 15 years! The staff is always wonderful and friendly. My drinks are always made with love and taste great! There are several other coffee shops in Cedar City. But none of them can compare. The quality of taste is especially better than big chain brands and additionally I never have to wonder if the drink that I am getting has spoiled products, like I've experienced at the mermaid place. I highly recommend perks if you're ever in the need for a delicious drink that's served with a smile. Sometimes they have a long line, but that to me is just an another indicator of a great coffee shop that doesn't cut corners to give phenomenal coffee from a fabulous staff of baristas!

I try to support local businesses but for a $7 cup of coffee with bad customer service, I dont know. She put the wrong flavor in my coffee and when she forgot to add a breakfast sandwich I said, "oh I didnt get a sandwich? Thats ok, have a great day" and she rudley replied, "you said you didnt want one." Tough when you have better customer service then the employees.

Monday afternoon, my daughter and I wanted to check out a different coffee shop, normally we go to the same place however we have heard such good things about perks. We drive up and right away we are greeted by a nice young lady.We had no clue what to order and I could tell she knew She was very patient and thoughtful. I think we found our new coffee shop!! We ended up with Carmel frappe and Macciato on I every delicious! I;will tell everyone I know how excellent coffee is at perks!

I got a mocha latte iced and it was really good and my mom got a caramel macchiato blended, hers tasted even better and the service was really good so we will definitely go again.
