Husband came in to use the bathroom. Which can I say was very clean. Stayed for the food, very fresh and hot. The woman behind the counter was very calm and had a pleasant demeanor. Nobody was in the restaurant with us, so we loved that as well. Thanks for the perfect date night out!!

Tonight we went to Pizza Hut for the first time in a couple years. The customer service was amazing. We couldn’t complain until we went back 15 minutes later to pick up our order. They had lost our order in the system. Which we waited 10 more minutes to find and fix. We then received our order (the big box meal). Only for them to tell us after we paid that they didn’t have any more breadsticks. So not only did we not get our breadsticks. We also didn’t get our 2 garlic sauces. It only got worse when they didn’t offer a refund. We paid 37$ and some change.

We called in our order a day in advance so it was ready for a birthday party. Unfortunately we had to wait about 50 minutes for the order. It seems as though they didn’t start making the order until the time it was due. While we were there, the employees didn’t acknowledge anyone who walked in, multiple people were not able to be found away from their positions, causing pizzas to fall to the floor because no one was there to catch them. I saw numerous employees touch their phones and then touch pizza dough, handle stuff without gloves. The whole experience was simply gross.

we were traveling on a budget and stopped in near closing time, asked for a deal and got a medium pepperoni pizza for less than $8. When it came out he it was actually a large and it was awesome. Right out the oven, gooey cheese, great crust. Dude hooked us up! Thanks late night pizza guy man!

Walked into this place to get out of the sun after a long morning at work. After sitting there for a bit. Danny came up to me and asked if I needed anything. I told him I was fine but we ended up having the best conversation. His commitment to service and excellence experience was what really sold it for me. I’d definitely recommend this place for the great food and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely far above other pizza huts i’ve been to!

Five of us came in 20 minutes before they closed, you would have never known they were that close to closing. James greeted us wonderfully like he had all night. Made us a delicious pizza and engaged us in a conversation about Cedar City as we are visiting. Highly recommend this Pizza Hut!
