We ordered earlier this week online and I accidentally set the incorrect time for delivery I was able to call and speak to Danny who was super personable and canceled the order and replaced the order for the later time. After speaking to the manager, Heather who was also extremely personable and professional all was good. The Door dash driver was also polite however, our order was incorrect (assuming that was not the driver`s fault) I called Pizza Hut again and spoke to Danny who told me that the order would be remade and personally delivered as soon as possible. Which about 30 minutes later Danny literally delivered the correct order and made sure that the experience was corrected.Honestly, we have had issues with door dash drivers for Pizza Hit (in terms of forgetting the actual pizza, etc.) however, the drivers legit felt bad and Pizza Hut always rectified the situation. When it is directly Pizza Hut drivers we have never had an issue.Want to shout out to Danny and Heather for their customer service, willingness to correct the situation and professionalism and also of course, being personable. Very impressed and appreciative. 3/5 for atmosphere as we ordered via online and phone.

I payed for bread sticks with Mariana SAUSE. When I went it I witnessed the older manager yelling at employees. Then lost my order. Took 15 minutes on top of the 15 that I already waited for the order to be completed. Then was told that if I wanted my marana SAUSE it's extra even though I have already payed for it.

Pizza arrived an hour later than promised. Was not hot. Did not taste like a Pizza Hut pizza usually does. Was not cut evenly (very large and very small slices intermixed). Forgot 2/3 of my drinks. The driver blamed the store for forgetting the drinks. Pizzas were scattered through the box, like they were not handled with care. Overall not a great experience. Will not order from here again.

Love the pizza and wings here! Our favorites include Backyard BBQ Pizza on a thin crust, paired with cheese or garlic cheese breadsticks, along with Buffalo wings and Cajun dry rub wings. Boneless Honey BBQ wings are a favorite also. Definitely would recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut. Despite a longer than expected wait due to DoorDash, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They promptly remade our pizza and provided exceptional service throughout. We truly appreciated their attention to customer satisfaction and will definitely be returning.

So a few months back I ordered the New Yorker. I hated it. It looked nothing like the ads and the sauce tasted nasty. I filled out the comments on the Pizza Hut website and they must have contacted the local manager because she sent me an email offering to remake the pizza or store credit for what I had paid. I wanted the store credit because there was no way I wanted that pizza type again. Today I went in to get a pizza and wanted to use the store credit. They told me no, that they would only give me another New Yorker. I never asked for them to offer a store credit but I accepted when they did. Now they refuse to honor what they promised. So done with Pizza Hut. I don’t do business with people who don’t honor their promises.

Never had such great service at a pizza place. Danny was wonderful. We came for my daughter's 9th birthday and she said it was her best birthday ever. Danny went above and beyond I ND. He even brought my daughter Elsie a brownie with a 9 year candle on it and the guys working sang Happy Birthday. We will definitely go back. Thank you
