Frustrating how i waited in line since 4:30 am for the release of the limited edition cups and i was 2nd to walk in the store at 6am to find out the cups i was looking for are already taken. I can only assume the starbucks employees had to have had put them aside for them selves . Seems like one has to work at Starbucks to be able to get your hands on these cups. This makes it very unfair for everyone, Starbucks or who ever is in charge of this location really needs to figure something out for their employees so everybody has a fair chance to get their own.

The reason why I’m giving this Starbucks a 1 star is because it never fails that even when doing a mobile order I always still have to wait an extra 10 mins of the estimated time my order said it would be ready. Not doing this because of the staff the girls there are amazing, it’s management that for whatever reason thinks only having one employee in the morning is a good idea. They have to run back and forth making drinks, heating up food, helping the customers at the register like you can’t actually think someone can do that?! The only reason I go to this location is because it’s the only one on my way to work but this happening always reminds me why I avoid Starbucks and go to Dutch Bros or Beans and Brew. This is probably the 4th time this happens where I’m late to work even though I order with plenty time to pick up and make it to work. Management do better! Do better for your employees because it’s not fair to them!

I was having a horrible day yesterday. So I splurged on a super sugary caramel (ribbon? with sprinkles) frappuccino.
The nice young woman working was kind and efficient (and the much appreciated the sugar overload was quite tasty). And not the fake plastered on nice, but genuine.
There is another Starbucks in the area. I prefer this one … even if the other one is more convenient (as the other one has drive thru).

People that are lactose intolerant should not go here. Go to the other Providence Starbucks, Grind coffee house or Bristlecone - those are good places nearby. This Starbucks is bad. Order your coffee with oat milk and they will give you 2% regular milk, and try to be sneaky about it. Order cold foam - they won't put it into your drink. Order a flavor they don't have, you'll never see it. Coffee with a cup of plain milk - that's what you'll get here. To me, that is unacceptable. This Starbucks is in the Lin's Supermarket. If they ran out of oat milk or heavy cream or a coffee flavor, they are in a supermarket where they can buy it. It's ridiculous how they cut corners and don't care about their customers.

Promos on the App are always exciting, but THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF THE SAUCES SO THEY CAN’T MAKE IT. Also, on their app they are always out of almost every drink. Like almost every Caramel Frappes etc. Just frustrating. But the baristas here are nice!
