First time here, cashier never smiled. Also got charged a add on for one of the toppings being out (was asked what other topping we wanted) Doesn't make much sense to charge for a substitute. Probably won't be back. Ice cream is good tho

Best ice cream ever! They have so many customizable options and serve quick and easy treats! I will definitely be coming back, and need to be careful because I have such a sweet tooth! Thanks again Sub Zero for an amazing experience!
Vegetarian options: Very customizable options, and they make sure that they are food safe and not mixing in everything without consideration for what you are asking for. They catered right to my needs without any hesitation.

Tons of options w/the cool feature of science. It's a process that takes more time than typical ice cream scoop so bring your patience if there's a line. My only irk was that may of the tables and floor were dirty with crumbs and ice cream drips.

The experience was awesome, especially for the kids and there were soooo many options!! Vegan, keto, lactose free etc. The workers were so knowledgeable too!

The best ice cream I have had - made to order with as many toppings as you want (or can afford. I had mint chocolate chip with mango, pineapple, peaches, and pecan. Yum, Yum, Yummy. The service was fabulous and attentive.

Was okay until one of the workers there had us "play" with the liquid nitrogen, saying it would fine. I don't think you should be pouring literal liquid nitrogen on customers hands. I admit, it shows that both sides were pretty uneducated on the effects of direct contact on skin, or that the worker knew, but the customer didn't. It's now blistering and swelling up pretty bad. Good ice-cream, no more pouring nitrogen on customers as a "playful show and tell." May 20th, around 5pm.
