I used to like this sub zero in Cedar City because it's the only place in town that has lactose free ice cream but I have been trying to go there for a few days now and they've either been out of nitrogen or we get turned away 45 minutes before they close because they are "no longer accepting customers for the day.” Their employees are always so dry and never friendly, they also take their sweet time and the place isn’t very clean but I’ve always ignored that because like I said it’s the only place I can get ice cream but after trying to go there and them either not being open or getting turned away I probably won't be back, not worth my time

Pretty dang good! A must stop if you are just passing through! They freeze the ice cream right in front of you! They are super nice and you can make just about anything! We did our own mix and the #16 and that was great. Definitely recommend.Dietary restrictions: They have alot of GF options as well! All premium creams are GF

Fresh ingredients made in front of you. Delicious! I had mixed berries with chopped pecans.
The young man was working by himself maybe 14 or 15 years old was so kind and courteous to every customer that came in and made all the ice cream quickly yet elegantly and he definitely deserves a raise the ice creak itself was perfect and some of the best I've had in a long time 10/10 would recommend to anyone overall an amazing experience all together.

The ice cream is like next level dip and dots! Soooooo good so creamy. Ashlyn(SP) was the girl making the ice cream and she was amazing! She was so nice and entertaining! Their menu almost seems endless with the combinations you can create.

The ice cream was absolutely wonderful! Raspberry and huckleberry with raspberries mixed in was my favourite but there is a large combinatorial matrix of possibilities.We sought out this place because it had vegan options for two in my party who don't do dairy. Unfortunately, the almond milk variant did not freeze well and had a poor consistency and taste.The staff was friendly and helpful.

Ice cream had good flavor , one of them was made perfect the other one was definitely over frozen so it was more like dip and dots . The girls were hanging in the back and the place was really dirty especially the floors .
