The employee was working by herself doing her best to serve all the customers as I was waiting in line. She was super sweet to everyone. I noticed that she offered to remake their sandwich and said no it's ok.i say she did a great job. I was there last night around 8:15 pm. Thank you for great customer service.

With all the reviews I’ve seen of the same two girls treating customers horribly, how are they still there?? The owner is losing business because of their insane attitudes. Have never met ruder or lazier fast food employees. I can’t believe how rude they are, I’ll never return to this subway simply because of them.

BIG CREATOR
Man, this Subway used to be good about 3 months ago. But recently, they hired 2 new employees who seem to be sisters and they have destroyed the place. They sent all the good employees to other locations and now this place is a wreck. It is like a massive mess that must be cleaned up. The 2 new employees have been seen COUGHING on the sandwiches and have let FLIES LITERAL FLIES on the sandwich, then they act like it is nothing and shoo the fly away for 2 seconds AND PUT A COVER ON THE SANDWICH INSTEAD OF MAKING A NEW ONE. What a disgrace. It is so sad. Back in the past, before these 2 new employees this Subway was a 3-5 star Subway. But now it is 100% a 1 star Subway.

I ordered the sub of the day. A kids meal and 2 foot longs. I drive all the way there. And home to find my kids drinks are missing. A applesauce is missing. Chips are missing. Mayo was replaced with mustard in a sandwich. Both footings aren’t toasted as it should be upon ordering. I’m pregnant so I ordered toasted for a reason. Not only can you not eat the sandwich but it is literally drowned in mustard. I’ve tried calling and calling to speak to a manager and suprise no one will answer. If I could rate a BIG FAT 0 stars I would.

I mobile order from here multiple times a week. I am almost ALWAYS happy with my order. The majority of the workers are so nice and the food is usually great. Lately I have been getting sandwichs that are not even close to what I ordered. It's like they don't care about their job, and just put whatever ingredients they want. It's the same employee every single time, she obviously does not like her job. I'm not the one to complain and write a bad review, but after the sandwich I got today, I decided a review was necessary. The ingredients I got on my sub today, was ridiculous. The things I requested extra of, she gave me NONE. The things I asked for less of, she gave me so much extra, and for some reason there was bbq sauce, when that was not on my order. I will no longer be going back to that subway.

This is the strangest Subway in Cedar City and that’s saying something (yeah they’re have four locations in Cedar, yes I’ve been to all of them, yes I live dangerously).
Sandwich was decent, but Megan with the pink hair, absolutely stole the show. While making my sub, she casually mentioned Sasquatch lives across the street and “only appears when Mercury’s in reverse cowgirl or whatever.”
I thought she was joking until she described his diet, shoe size, and dating history. Service was weirdly amazing, like she could make a perfect sandwich while summoning demons in kitchen. I’ll be back, mostly for updates on Bigfoot’s custody battle.

Me husband and son went here last night . When walked in the door there was no greeting, we started ordering my son food and what he want and the lady with pink hair start making rude comment to what he wanting on there , then I started to order my food . I ordered the steak and cheese , they asked me if I wanted it toasted I said no so they just put the meat and cheese on the sandwich , I ask if they were going to heat the meat cause any subway I have ever been to they still heat the meat cheese without asking , they both sparked and rolled there eyes , then said you didn't want it toasted as they gave me dirty looks the girl with pink hair slammed her hand on my sandwich smashing my bun then dug her fingers into the sandwich to remove the meat she finally gets it toasted with the cheese on top dumps it in the center of the sandwich and proceeded to only spread the meat then finishes the sandwich. After they were done with all the sandwiches and all the rude comment she had been making and still had to ask if she was doing are peppermint cookie and that point this lady is just over top pissed . The work in retail and customer service , didn't say anything rude or disrespectful to her but to be treated that was completely uncalled for and un professional . On top of the smashed bread and meat less / cheese less parts of my sandwich in the middle was just a hunk of cheese it was a terrible experience and won't be going back also none of the girls working had name badges
