Me husband and son went here last night . When walked in the door there was no greeting, we started ordering my son food and what he want and the lady with pink hair start making rude comment to what he wanting on there , then I started to order my food . I ordered the steak and cheese , they asked me if I wanted it toasted I said no so they just put the meat and cheese on the sandwich , I ask if they were going to heat the meat cause any subway I have ever been to they still heat the meat cheese without asking , they both sparked and rolled there eyes , then said you didn't want it toasted as they gave me dirty looks the girl with pink hair slammed her hand on my sandwich smashing my bun then dug her fingers into the sandwich to remove the meat she finally gets it toasted with the cheese on top dumps it in the center of the sandwich and proceeded to only spread the meat then finishes the sandwich. After they were done with all the sandwiches and all the rude comment she had been making and still had to ask if she was doing are peppermint cookie and that point this lady is just over top pissed . The work in retail and customer service , didn't say anything rude or disrespectful to her but to be treated that was completely uncalled for and un professional . On top of the smashed bread and meat less / cheese less parts of my sandwich in the middle was just a hunk of cheese it was a terrible experience and won't be going back also none of the girls working had name badges

Megan was really rude today. My husband ordered ahead of time and I walked down to pick up the order. My son asked if we ordered 3 or 4 sandwiches and she snapped back at us stating only 3 popped up and that's what we ordered. So I stepped to the side and called to double check if he ordered 3, he had ordered 4 but she kept making comments at me while I was on the phone. The elderly couple that was eating in wrapped up their food and left immediately. I asked her name and she said "Im the boss call corporate." During all of this, I told her she didn't have to be rude or have an attitude with me just because we asked a question. I had 3 kids with me and that's how she responded because one kid said mom did we order 3 or 4? Ick!
I'm so sad and never want to order again because our name was on that order. What will she do to my food in the future if I ordered again?

We came here tonight because my wife wanted barbecue and Subway has barbecue sauce. Also, if, when you come here, Bee is still working here, ask her to make your sandwich because she will put TLC into it. To the owner, give her a raise :) besides, every SUU student deserves a financial break now and again. Thanks for a great date night to the people here.

PS their new spicy cheesesauce stake sandwich is super awesome! Although I replaced the cheese sauce with pepper jack. My wife got The Beast… which is indeed a beast of a sandwich.

I just want to give a shout-out to the Cedar City store, especially the GM Megan!

So, I went online to reorder my usual, but I didn't realize the app was reordering from a different store I went to. It didn’t give me the option to pick my store, so I didn’t catch it—that’s partly on me.

When I got to the Cedar City store, I realized my mistake. I called the other location (which is over two hours away!) to see if they could cancel or refund me since I couldn’t pick it up. They straight up told me no—either I had to come get the sandwich or just lose my money.

Megan, the GM, listened to my situation & even tried calling that other store herself to see if she could help, but no luck there either. Still, she was super kind and remade my sandwiches at the Cedar City store. She even tried contacting corporate to figure something out. Megan didn’t have to do any of that, but she did! She saved me from having to spend more money, which was awesome.

Megan and her team totally made my day! 10/10 service from them!

Showed up to order a couple sandwiches and got continually shut down cause they were not ready to take any order. They want to have you try to go through bread, meat, cheese and veggies for multiple sandwiches at the same time. Would never stop here again.

Ordered online. Arrived after the time it was to be ready and the staff hadn't even started my two sandwich order. Trying to be gracious I told them I would run an errand nearby and be right back. When I arrived a second time, about 20 minutes later, the same situation - they still hadn't started my order.

Carrisa and Megan were sooo friendly and took care of us! They smiled, they made us feel welcomed, and they were quick to make all our sandwiches! This is the only Subway in Cedar City that we'll go to, and where we are shown respect!Thank you sooo much girls!! Our sandwiches were yummy! We'll definitely be back!

Parking: Be careful and slow when pulling in or out, there are deep curbs and you'll bottom out, almost every time..
