Food was outstanding fresh everything i would expect if i did it myself at home service was amazing super helpfull friendly employee 01/05/26 10:00am all by himself holding the place together like apro atmosphere sucked music playing like its a concert otherwise nice

me and my brother just got done here and I didn’t catch the ladies name who made our food, but she was incredibly rude and took 10 years to make 2 sandwiches, i understand working in the service industry is hard but if you don’t like it don’t do it. She also tried to get us to pay 50 dollars for 2 sandwiches which was lame

I don't know why it is every time I come here.These people seem to have an attitude like they don't want to be at work.Their equipment's constantly broke down.The toaster or the meatballs aren't hot or something is always gone south.This one by the highway, I got a quick coming here.Then, they ask you for a tip

With Mobile ordering, time is often what we are trying to save. The wait time after ordering is definitely not faster than placing an order at the counter, however the time spent in and out of the store is usually what matters.
Tonight was a bit disappointing. Our order was delayed and wasn’t ready for an additional 25 minutes after the initial specified time.
Usually this location does much better.

The sandwiches were sooo good. I ordered on the app so they were already done when we got there. However, nothing from the soda fountain was fizzy🥲. Still really good though.

I’ve had several issues this past month at this subway. The first being that every time I’ve gone through the drive through, I get no response whatsoever and I either end up leaving after waiting 10 minutes or I go inside. The second being they canceled my online order but wouldn’t tell me why. The third is their door is busted or something. When you open the door, if you let go it swings back with an abnormal amount of force. It hit my daughter in the head and made her bleed. Luckily no stitches were needed or I’d be filing a lawsuit. I don’t care how good or bad their food is. The service is terrible and their lack of repairs is dangerous. I will not be returning to this subway.

Ordered our sandwich online at 5:45 for pickup at 6:20. Arrived at the drive thru window and were told to wait before we could tell them why we were there. After waiting 5 minutes we drove around and walked in and were told the order wasn't ready. 30 minutes later they still were not making our order. I asked for a manager. The girl walked to the back and returned without a response, and continued to make sandwiches. I asked to cancel it, but the girl didn't know how and the manager just stayed in the back and wasn't responsive. This was our first, and last stop at this Subway because:
There was a complete lack of urgency
Complete disregard for the customer experience.
Complete disregard for a quality sandwich.

Ordered online 30 minutes away. They marked it complete. Ran in to get it... been waiting 30 minutes. I just wanted to cancel but they didn't know how and said we needed to wait for two other orders. So not happy.
Love my sandwich. The blonde kid that help me was great! The kid working with him I don’t know his name but he was lazy. He was going to let the other kid that was pleasant do all the online orders. I said something to him about making the sandwiches. He didn’t look happy but they were big orders. The shirt brown hard kid should be fired. The other guy was perfect. I didn’t the name of either workers but I went around 7:30 on June 15. The kid was a goof and inappropriate

I’m just warning people who order or deliver for DoorDash that the teenagers working here won’t start on your order until everyone in the store, INCLUDING people who walk in after you, is done. Dashers don’t get paid by the hour, so it’s pretty unfair to make someone wait for people who are behind them in line. Definitely wish I didn’t accept the order, and will never dash for this location again.
