The worker tonight was very rude. Walking in half an hour before closing, she said, "we are getting ready to close." Completely unprompted, also saying that to a very nice lady who walked in after us. The worker also said she only had wheat in spite of clearly having more bread than that. And various other comments while making the food. There was a strong smell of weed outside. Will be going to a different location in the future.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to, do not wast your money. The man who made my sandwich refused to put any toppings on my sandwich and was so rude when all I asked was to add pickles. His attitude ruined my experience and I was left feeling as though I wasted my money. Do not come here.

Slowest Subway!!
If I could give negative stars for service I would. No one would answer at the drive through so I had to go into the store. I ordered online for pick up and even though the website said the order was complete, it was not. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The whole order took almost an hour to complete for only a single wrap and cookies. The employees were rude, extremely short and unfriendly. They were unable to complete the order because they were out of certain cookies and instead of asking me what I wanted (even though I was standing right there) they just threw in a different kind. I won't be going back to this location for quite awhile if ever.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this experience deserves one. The only reason for 3 stars is because the young man working deserves some respect. We stopped here as we were traveling south (as we do several times per year, it’s been our favorite subway to stop at due to the convenience and in the past we haven’t had any issues) there was a young blonde girl who started my order. Long story short, she threw a fit because I had asked for a small amount of mustard (my words “just a tiny small line of mustard”) she proceeded to douse (I’m talking a ridiculous amount) when I told her that I can’t eat that much mustard, she glared at me until the young man said to her “just take the cheese off and do it over” she rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to then throw (yes, throw! My cheese and then lettuce on my sandwich all the while huffing and rolling her eyes) after feeling completely uncomfortable not to mention disgusted by the way my sloppy sandwich looked, I asked her if she could please not treat me that way. She again rolled her eyes and I asked the young man if he could please help me because this girl was just too much. He kindly came over and finished my order. This little girl then stomped off into the back and was throwing things around (you could hear metal and whatever else banging around). I have NEVER been treated like this anywhere in my life. (I have worked my fair share of restaurants , bars and customer service and I have never worked anywhere that this treatment would have been acceptable.) I was appalled by her behavior. I do appreciate the young man for stepping up and being so kind and calm. He really handled it all so well! After leaving I was lost for words but in my thoughts, I did wonder if maybe something terrible had happened to her that day or if this is just her personality. If something bad or sad happened to her, I am truly sorry for her. If this is how she treats customers, I feel it needs to be addressed.

Drive thru is always closed with no sign. I feel this happens every time I come through drive thru. Many times have gotten sandwiches and have always been extremely salty or had old bread. Very bad subway

Went to this subway because it was the highest rated. very nice and friendly employees very quick service. I ordered a sub on the app and was ready within 3 minutes when I got inside. The bathroom was not the cleanest but overall was fine. Did not get her name but lady in front was really nice and

After a poor experience at the Subway in Beaver, Utah, we went on down the road to Cedar City to try our luck there. The service was no better, although we did get some food this time. We arrived at 9:25 p.m. and the posted hours said they were open until 10:00 p.m. However, all the chairs were on the tables and they wouldn't allow us to eat in the restaurant. They also had closed the restrooms. Very inhospitable. I'm perfectly okay with fast-food restaurants closing their lobbies prior to regular closing time, but post the lobby hours!
