Imagine ordering your food 30 min before you go get it and it’s not done when you get there. Then you wait 40 min to get the food you ordered an hour ago. Seriously Subway do better. My lunch break was waisted and my sandwich was missing 4 things with COLD bacon.

Ordered online to pickup on my lunch break. When we got there 10 minutes after the pick up time they hadn’t even started the order. 20 minutes later we asked for a refund and they said they would start the order right now. 10 minutes after that they finally started the order. What’s the point in having an online ordering option?
We got our order finally and went home. They didn’t toast our bread, or heat up the bacon.

Avoid this Subway. The employees at this location are unfriendly, unwelcoming, rude and they have no sense of customer service or appreciation for the customer. This is the worst sandwich shop in Cedar City, don't waste your time or money.

Don’t ever come to this location. We placed an online order showed up , only to be standing there for 10 minutes because there was no workers. Several people walked in which triggered the door noise yet nothing , so everyone after us decided to leave. Finally someone came out of the back only to tell us they didn’t make our food because they were out of bread. We asked for a refund only to be told we couldn’t get a refund because a manager had to do it. So we waited for 15 minutes for a manager to show. There was no apology from the manager . We used to come here often , never again.

Went in to subway on a Friday night and there was 1 lady working by her self. And took customers first. She was getting yelled at from a male in a very disrespectful way. First of all nobody should treat another woman like this. Second of all she deserves a large raise for doing a two man job.

We had to tell the employee multiple times what we wanted. It's like they just weren't listening. Extremely frustrating. It was almost comical how many times we had to repeat ourselves.

I'm extremely disappointed. I did an online order. 6 inch meatball sub, swapped the provolone with pepper jack and still got provolone. Also ordered the chickn cheese dipper, didn't receive any sauce for it and they are so poorly made. Took an extra 10 minutes to get the attention of the girl in the back who was doing NOTHING to even get my drink.
Online orders are supposed to be quick, I've never had issues this bad in a very long time.

What subway doesn’t have bread? Asked for herb and cheese, she says I have a 6” piece and I can use a different bread for the other 6”. I left without ordering, the place was empty.

The customer service was immaculate! The food was scrumptious. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing with a perfect view of the road and mountain. Honestly a picture perfect experience!
There was this REALLY nice and beautiful girl I asked her her name and it was Kaerli ringle she was SO helpful AND had the best customer service !!!

I stopped going to Subway years ago because the price for what you get doesn't make sense. My wife and I planned a picnic and saw the BOGO so we decided to give it another try.I ordered "The Monster." Supposed to be half a pound of steak and the picture on their app makes it seem like it's monstrous. It's not. For a $14 sandwich it's very disappointing.
