On the menu they told me the drink I got was $2.60 with boba. They charged me $7!!! This was a small sized drink. They didn’t even put my boba in.

They need to update their menu prices. I ordered a $2.80 drink and $2.75 pretzel with .50 cent cheese. They charged me over $10 for that. They said they raised their prices. If you do that then updated your menu. Who pays that much for a soda?!

Went inside, and all three employees completely ignored me. Stood there for a few minutes—no greeting, no acknowledgment. They looked at me but didn’t say a word. Horrible customer service. I ended up walking out without my drink, upset and disappointed.

I ordered a drink with popping pearls and I went home and realized there was none I couldn't go back so I just had to sell it without which isn't to bad but this has happened like 5 times now and I don't come here often. And the place is also expensive so I would give it a five besides that.

As a man who grew up in the south, trying this for the first time was a revelation of an experience. I have never tried soda in this manner, and I truly encourage for anyone not from Utah to try it. Good cookies too.

I always have the best experience at Swig! 10/29/24’s morning staff was especially awesome. For it being so early in the morning, they were ready to roll and had awesome attitudes, and by far made me the tastiest drink to date.
