Service and atmosphere is lovely! If I wouldn’t have tried the food, this would be a 5 star review. Server was friendly and in good spirits. The seating is very cool! You can sit anywhere you are comfortable and they have TVs by the back booths so you can watch sports games or the news from your table. Now the bad, we tried the loaded tots, the BLT, and the Bistro Burger. The loaded tots have some weird green sauce all over them that just doesn’t pair well with the tots. They are sweet instead of savory and the bacon I believe is just the bacon bits you buy in a bag for salad toppings. The BLT also wasn’t great. Not a lot of bacon and again there was some sort of green spread instead of mayo that just didn’t fit. My husband said the burger was ok. Kinda your typical burger. The fries that were served on the side are big bulky fries that were heavily seasoned. They served them with a side of ketchup but this ketchup was mixed with fish sauce or something! It was horrible! Avoid the ketchup at all costs! My husband ordered a corona with his burger. Expect to pay $9 for a bottle of corona.

Good Sunday brunch buffet. Nice people and service. Meet some people visiting Cedar City staying at the hotel.

Love the seating and music, food was good, server was very pleasant. Nice to not have to leave the hotel after a long drive.

Super rude blonde manager made us feel uncomfortable and rushed to order we ended up leaving and not ordering. Not going again

My family and I ate here for breakfast while staying at the hotel. The food and the service is great.

My husband and I did not stay at the hotel but came for the breakfast a few mornings...it was delicious, and being greeted by Jodean and Kendal at the restaurant who both have an infectious smile and love their job made coming back to the hotel to see them while having great conversations memorable. Thank you both!

It was a really nice experience to be able to order a drink at the bar then chill outside on their patio with the firepit. Great atmosphere!

We stay at the hotel and eat here when visiting our kids at SUU. The food is amazing and the staff is always kind!

Amazing food I try to eat here as often as possible I love it.. I'd have to say the avocado toast is absolutely amazing the breakfast quesadilla is also a great choice...

On the night that we stayed at this hotel (May 29, 2022), 6-7 car windows were smashed in and items stolen in the middle of the night. In addition, a van was set on fire in the parking lot. The hotel had no cameras in that area of the parking lot and did not cover the cost of our smashed back window. If you do choose to stay here, be aware that there are no cameras in certain areas of the parking lot and your car is not safe there.

Had a great stay for a quick mini vacation. We enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi, kids had a blast. The Bistro in the lobby had a great burger, good beer, and fun games on the patio for the kids like Connect 4 and Jenga, and the firepit kept us warm while we enjoyed the sunset. Definitely recommend!

Food is always amazing! I eat here almost daily and have never once had a complaint. These chefs really know what they're doing!

The food is amazing and very tasteful i love their bistro sandwich the cooks do an amazing job and the staff is really friendly i love this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone .
