I did not like this place at all, I got a savory ham and cheese crepe to share which was $18.50 so super over priced and it was not good at all, I should’ve sent it back, I didn’t thing there was any ham just chopped up bacon. Just because it’s pig doesn’t mean ham and bacon are interchangeable. The girl that took our orders was on a FaceTime call and had her earbuds in while we were there and the mini fridge that had some waters and sodas wasn’t even plugged in the plug was sitting to the side of the fridge underneath some wire baskets. Overall I don’t think I’ll ever go back and I wish I had gotten a refund.

very cramped inside and often has very bad customer service. the employees can be quite rude and often get orders wrong, so much so that often you'll end up with the wrong amount or wrong flavour. ive even had one cough openly while handling my dessert. the food isnt very good either; when I'm ordering its always a gamble whether im going to get a stale, old, stiff macaron or a decent one. The parking situation is also abysmal.

The French Spot is a casual cafe with delicious food. They freshly bake their delicious pastries and serve them well. It may take a wait to receive your dish, but the wait is worth it.
Parking: Almost no parking.

Great theme, and fresh ingredients. I liked their home made baked apricot tart. However, the parking is small and the construction is causing too much dust. The menu is old, and confusing because of too much signage around with specials. The macaron was creamy with the right consistency. The music was played on a bluetooth speaker, it was a strange choice of music.
Parking: Blocked by a construction gate with only 3 spaces.
Kid-friendliness: A lot of kid friendly small bites.

Parking was a struggle, but the croissants and onion soups were worth the struggles of parking.

Beware, the menu in store has not been updated. Asked for one drink and was told they don't sell it anymore, bought a different drink that I thought was $6 or $7 dollars ended up at around $10. Friend bought one of the savory crepes and it just looked unappetizing, and later made her sick.
Pros: Cute atmosphere, very friendly staff
Cons: Wrong prices and unavailable items left on menu.
Parking: They have a couple stalls in the front, otherwise you have to park out in the side parking lot connected to a different street. No, you can't drive between the two spots.

Pleasantly surprised! I had the Greek salad (not a salad person but sounded good) and it was amazing! The dressing is so good and adding the chicken is a must. Also had the giant macaroons and I'm VERY picky about macaroons and they were fantastic.
Highly recommend!

This was my first visit and it was a good one! All the desserts are great! The macrons are much larger than most places. I like the crème brule' with real flecks of vanilla bean and all the tarts are good. The potatoes are amazing! Very rich and decadent, so you might want to share an order. There are daily specials for more affordable, smaller versions of the sandwiches which is still a good sized portion for $6. The croissants are great!
The French Onion soup is thick with chunks of onion which is better than most versions which are just broth. However, it was a bit salty if you are watching your sodium intake. It's nice that it is within walking distance of the Festival because parking is tight.

Kind of overpriced for what food we got. It was good food but eggs on croissants shouldn't be almost a $40 meal with two coffees. Also with the doors being open with construction going on there was a bit of dust rushing in and some flies
