This restaurant may look like an orderly and well established business but on the inside it might aswell have been a money laundering business, that’s how bad it was on the inside. We walk into the business hoping for pizza but instead of pizza they tell use they are out?!?! It was prime time at around 6 pm and they tell us there are only 3 pizza doughs left??? We waited in line for 30 minutes to be turned away without compensation for our time. They not only had the audacity to turn us away but told us to find somewhere else (in quite a road tone). So we went to a far superior place know to many as five buck pizza. Five buck pizza is unparalleled in their ability to create a world class level pizza. If this was ancient china, I would give the 5 buck pizza to the emperor. I would serve the emperor the masterclass pizza that goes by the name “the beast”. Pizza cart, you need to step up the game to compete with the prices and quality shown at 5 buck pizza. If the owner of 5 buck pizza had 1 fan, It would be me. It’s pizza. Good pizza but not as good as most of the reviews unless you’ve been stuck in Cedar city your whole life.
The wood fired oven is nice and the store was busy. Great service and friendly staff.
We would go back, but I wouldn’t drive very far to go there.

I have been going to the pizza cart since they were an actual pizza cart in a parking lot in front of ace hardware some 10+ years ago. I have since moved but when I am in southern Utah I always make an effort to grab a pizza. I introduced them to my family and they go when they are able to as well. We love the pizza cart food and concept and will continue to make pizza runs when headed south, as was done again tonight.

Pizza Cart is my favorite pizza I have EVER had. I’ve eaten my fair share of upscale pizza and their chicken bacon ranch pizza is the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is so fun and I bring all of my family and friends that visit Cedar City here! Staff is excellent and food is always incredible.
The food is absolutely incredible. The best pizza in town…if you can actually get it. They’re closed on the weekends. The last SEVERAL times we’ve tried to go we were turned away for one reason or another. Usually because they are out of ingredients. At this point there’s no point in going which is sad because it really is a great place.

We were just passing through and saw that this place had high reviews. We stopped by. They were so busy there was an hour wait! We said that we'd be coming back on Saturday, but it turns out they are only open on week days.9 We opted for the gelato. It was delicious. The staff was very friendly. I wish I could have sampled the pizza.

Stopped here after a couple of nights backpacking at Zion, and it hit the spot! Great selection of pizzas for great prices. All turned out delicious. Great service and cool vibes too. Definitely recommend!
Whenever I am in Cedar City I make time to visit the Pizza Cart. The restaurant uses a wood fired pizza oven making each pizza to order. The food is really good and tasty. Each pizza is made with fresh ingredients before being wood fired in the pizza oven. Four of us shared a single pizza, bread sticks, and a very sticky and very delicious Cinnamon bun pizza for dessert. The dining room is casual with an industrial atmosphere that is casual and fun. The kitchen staff are friendly and seem to enjoy their work. I have eaten their gelato in the past, but opted for the cinnamon and frosting dessert pizza on this visit to the Pizza Cart in Cedar City.
Try the gelato! Best in the state, IMO.
The raspberry pecan salad is also delicious!
