I love the vibrant energy of the space without it feeling chaotic.
The service was not good because it took them forever to make two bowls, one acai bowl and one dragon fruit ball. The base is all ready and all they have to do is add the toppings, but it took 20 minutes to be served. The bowls tasted good, but in comparison to an Everbowl, it was about half the size and almost as much money.
It will be difficult for me to want to return because we usually have limited time for lunch when we come to Cedar City.

The other Tropical is way better. I regret every time I come here. Smoothies are okay, but the other location makes them better somehow.
It always takes 30-45 minutes for my orders, no matter how busy it is, or how small my order is.

My very picky eater was down in Cedar City at the SUU padded football camp this weekend. His team ate at a different location. But he wanted to eat there again and this location was closer to our hotel.
We ordered and our order was wrong, but they fixed the issue happily and their smoothies and pitas are AMAZING!!!
The closest location to our home is 30 minutes away, up North...but it will now be a new stop for us.
Sooo yummy!!!

Everytime I go in and dakota is working, there is speedy times from all on shift with him and everything comes out with a smile right the first time. Love the atmosphere and how kind and welcoming everyone is! Shout outs to breezy, Deanna, Chloe, aspen, Alyssa, Shaun , Dakota and Brandon for building a team that makes you feel like family!

Do not come here if wanting something fast or in a hurry, I was the only car in the drive-through and it took 30 minutes to get food. I ordered a wrap and two smoothies.

They take too long to attend to and deliver the order, the most incredible thing is that they are not very busy to take a long time

Driving through town and waited in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of us for 20 minutes. Decided to back out and go into the store to order and found another line of people waiting. Not sure what's happening here, but doesn't seem to be an isolated incident.

Food is decent… Service is terribly slow.

It’s a coin toss every time I go here, sometimes the smoothies are good and sometimes they are garbage, inconsistent, chunky and the flavor is off. If I’m paying $9+ for a smoothie, there should be some consistency.

Genesse was very friendly and helpful
I usually like to take the benefit of the doubt, but managing and running businesses myself, there’s a need to help the employees understand customer service and friendliness! Wife and I stood there for a couple of minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. We saw the employees unfortunately in the back on their phones. It would have been great to see them greet us at the front!

Caribbean jerk chicken wrap with light rice and sauce is delicious. My go to. Out of stock on bananas. Boo. Main ingredient in smoothie. Long wait

Waited over 40 minutes for lunch. I feel bad for the workers. Not sure if they are understaffed or under trained, but you could see they were stressed too. Cars behind us all backed out
My daughter found some hair in her wrap too....but with a 40 minute wait we weren't willing to wait.
Recommendation for management and owners...staff up. Might eat into your margins, but you need more people. Second recommendation is to notify people of the wait times or put a sign before the drive through so people know ahead of time . Third, perhaps a reminder or two to tie hair back and wear hair nets.
