Ive left a 5 star to this same tropical smoothie before. The food is great, but I’ve been stuck in the drive through for well over 30 minutes multiple times. Manager needs to keep more people staffed or something idk.

Staff are friendly and attentive. Food was excellent and consistent between locations. Atmosphere is good, never crowded and always very cool in the summer. Excellent place to cool down and have a tropical smoothie

Food is pretty ok. Customer awareness is terrible. On one visit, it was so cold inside we had to go outside to warm up.
Second visit was free smoothie day, but false advertising ruined it for my kids and wife. I complained in writing, really wanting them to address the issue. They responded with a form letter, and a gift card, with not even enough on it to pay for one smoothie.
Zero customer awareness. More policy and nit picky technicalities, than customer care, in our experience.

I love tropical smoothie. The food is great, love there smoothies. I use the drive through, the only thing you have to remember is they are not fast. They got new help and the lady at the window was super friendly appoligisized for the wait asked how our day was, knew our order, was efficient.
