We stopped in about 30 minutes from closing time and were the only people in the restaurant. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. They had mainly breakfast items on the menu and a few lunch meals. I chose the chicken strips with fries. I received my meal last. Instead of all 4 chicken strips, I was given 2 in my basket with my fries and was told by the cook that the other 2 would be out shortly. About 5 minutes later, my additional chicken strips showed up. It was good down home food, but nothing exceptional. The staff was really nice and I'd probably return just because I like supporting local businesses rather than fast food chain restaurants.

Great local friendly place for some good home cooking. Breakfast is off the charts. This is our go to place after a hard hike. Always welcoming and can’t say enough about the food. Strong recommend for some good breakfast and lunch. This place is always in back of my mind when we do a local hike! Big reward!

This is great place to grab breakfast. They have a large menu with tasty meals at a fair price. You can sit at the counter top and shoot the breeze with people or sit at a table with your group. They have quick service and the staff’s customer service is on point. They are always nice there. You can’t go wrong with eating at Vittle’s Cafe. I might eat there everyday.

Ive been here several times. Biscuits and gravy are good enough to go back for. Ive noticed the service is friendly if you're a local, otherwise dont expect any kind of special treatment. They can get their food out at a decent time on weekdays. They do get busy on weekends, and you will wait a very long time. Price is a little high for what you get, but overall it isn't bad. Good location so rent must be high. Could be worth checking out.

I love coming to this cafe after my workouts, its a great place sense i workout at the strangest hours so its amazing having a place where I can sit down and eat at 6am. the food is really good, I normally get a steak. the coffee is really good as well. I recommend this place if you love good food and warm environment. ps get the steak its really good.

When we first arrived, we came in the back door. Walking up to the front, it's a gorgeous little restaurant. The atmosphere is very old time and rustic! We sat up by the street windows. When the food came, we were awesomely surprised! The chef was perfect, the waitress staff.The best and the food again, awesome!

Service was super slow even though there was barely anyone inside. Food was okay, I got biscuits and gravy I believe it is ham gravy? Could use more flavor. Price was fair. I couldn't imagine the place being busy as there isn't too much room. We sat by the window, it was very warm inside the restaurant.
The food is absolutely disgusting. I could only stomach taking one bite. I dont know how anyone can eat here..I would be embarrassed to own this establishment. I was not the only one at my table that thought it was absolutely horrible. The saddest part is the staff just made excuses about how horrible the food was.

Super service in this small but special place to eat. We came in for brunch on their busiest weekend day with 9 people, and tables were quickly arranged to accommodate us, everyone's food was served correctly and reasonably fast, and we all enjoyed our meal.
