Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I’ve always loved Zaxbys! The Zax sauce is so good and I normally go through 2 or 3 of them every time I come here

1 star for the cleanliness and service. Minus 4 stars because I got frozen coleslaw, old fries and burnt toast.

I tried to stop here last night for food as I am visiting from out of town, and was looking for an alternative that wasn’t McDonalds/Wendy’s/etc. when I pulled up to the speaker we were greeted “Welcome to Zaxby’s what can I get started for you?” I ordered a meal and the employee immediately huffed and in an angry tone of voice said “we close in 10 minutes.” I asked if this wasn’t available because of the time and if there were other options that would be. The employee then says “whatever no it’s fine. Anything else for your order?” I reply no, just the one meal and the employee starts ranting “Are you sure you want to wait? It’s going to take a really long time since you came before we close” and so on, and so forth. It was obvious that they had no desire to be there, let alone sell/serve food. Severely disappointed since there are not many late night options in Cedar City, especially when people rave about the taste of the food at Zaxby’s.

So usually I don’t do this but I can not take it anymore. This Zaxbys makes mistakes continuously! Multiple times something has been forgotten from the order, a wrong sauce has been added to wings, if there is any more than just your car in line it will take a minimum of 30 minutes to get your food, and without fail the request (and purchase) of something extra is always forgotten.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

The chicken fingers were extremely salty. The bread was salty as well. The French fries did not impress me. The coleslaw was good. I guess I won't be going back there.

This place is actually so good! The chicken finger plate is really similar to canes and so is the sauce. Will be coming again

The guy at the register was so friendly and patient with my overwhelmed German self! The food was great, just tasty chicken and the zaxby sauce is my favorite. The freestyle coke machine is a lot of fun too! Top3 for American fast food! The 6 dollar friday deal is a total steal.

My main complaint is that their matketing makes it seems like the chicken is absolutely incredible. Sadly this place is like a dollar store version of Chick-fil-A. I got their classic chicken sandwich and the portions are smaller. The chicken was too salty and the toppings were lacking. Overall I will not be coming here again and I would recommend mexican instead.
