Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I was let down by the food. The portions were good and workers were nice, though. The soda machine was broken, there was water leaking from the door where the workers go into the kitchen so that was off putting. Won’t be back to this location.

We love Zaxbys food but the restaurant in Cedar City is an extremely dirty and gross. The entrance door window is smeared with a greasy film and is not at all inviting. The tables are always dirty and splattered with the previous diners remnants. The bathroom wreaks of urine and walls are grossly dirty. The push bar door handle on the entrance door is caked with filth and sticky residue. Please for the love of god clean the touched surfaces more thoroughly and make this an inviting atmosphere.
The simple act of cleaning will make this place a much better dining experience.

So I have to admit this was my first visit to Zaxby's. I only wish I'd had done this sooner. The fries are amazing! I love that seasoning, the chicken. I can't imagine making it any better than that.. raising canes is one of my addictions and I have to say I don't know if I could choose between the two... If Zaxby's had sauce as good as the cane sauce, I think raising Cane's would be in a lot of trouble... The chicken was so juicy and delicious. I couldn't find one flaw. Everything was perfection... Thank you so much Zaxby's. I will be returning probably frequently...

Food was ok, but we overall we were disappointed. The chicken tenders were about 2 inches which is not what you except for the price. The fries had all the seasoning on one side making them almost inedible… overly salty on one half and bland on the other. The toast was burnt. Overall just not what we expected, didn’t even finish it.

Ordered in the app, girl was nice and said “about five more minutes” and had me waiting on the waiting chairs a couple feet in front of her. they had me waiting 30 minutes past order ready time for a two person meal. I’m pretty sure the food was done 20 minutes ago and the girl just watched me sit in the lobby and have everyone in line behind me get their food first. It wasn’t until I went up to the counter and asked where my food had been for the past half an hour, that it was miraculously done and handed to me. They can let their customers know when the food they’re waiting on has been done for a considerable time, instead of sit there quietly and serve food to everyone else in the building. Food was cold and bread on the chicken was soggy. Extremely disappointed, Go to chick fil a.

Order was entered perfect on the receipt, but when I got it I had 3 House Zalads instead of 1 House and 2 Cobb, I had asked for no cheese and an extra egg on the House, there was no cheese and no eggs, and one of the other Zalads had a human hair in it :/
The chicken fingers are always yummy tho

I will just say that this place is great for bringing the kids.. the food is exactly what you would expect from a fast food chicken place... They have a great selection on the soda fountain that you can mix and match...

I took a chance on Zaxbys to place a big order to feed an entire mountain bike team. They were fabulous from start to finish. From the ordering process, communication, and following through with 70 sandwiches ready promptly at the time of pick up. Such great service from all employees and the Manager who made the whole process a dream. and the sandwiches were delicious! Thank you zaxbys! Keep up the great service!

First time there customer service was really good the food was adequate I expected a little bit more I will go back there again maybe they were just having a bad cook day
