The staff (Specifically Jeremy and Charlie) at this location are awesome. I feel like this has to be said because customer service in food seems to be ABYSMAL everywhere these days, so the happy and helpful demeanors of all the staff here was just such a breath of fresh air. Plus, they were quick, efficient and seemed to function really well as a team. I would hire them in a heartbeat.

The food is rad too haha, I feel like it’s great for when I just need a good clean-ish fast food option.

Pitiful First off Employees yelling a definite turn off, food served warm, overpriced sides as the side of Kimshi is taxed. If this is to give you a a proud Korean authentic food experience it doesn't come close to & quite disappointing. I served 5 years in Korea ate off the carts at the markets & in the streets to some of its finest restaurants from Dongduchong to Daegu In the USA from LA to NYC down to Naples, Florida. Be prepared to add a tip which it wouldn't allow an opt out or leave cash. This is gonna be a flop. Wish you luck though! 2.5 stars on Google Bill K. Hangul nickname med-ah-chi

Excellent food for the price.

Our food was cold and uncooked after picking it up from the restaurant. When I called to let them know, the girl who answered seemed very confused about what we were trying to say. We asked if we could bring if back for a refund and she said yes. So my husband drove all the way back with the food and the receipt and they refused to give him a refund. They said they could remake the food, but it was disgusting the first time I didn't want it again. I wanted my money back, which they refused. First, if a refund wasn't an option they should have mentioned that on the phone when we called before having us drive all the way back. This was an extremely disappointing experience. The food was left at the restaurant. The people working there and extremely unprofessional and representing your company poorly.

Had such a great experience tonight getting takeout - not only was the food great as always, but both employees (Nina and Brooklyn) were cheerful and extremely helpful. They even pointed out a promotion that I hadn't seen. Great customer service!
