The pizza is always delicious and the cheesy bread is excellent! Staff are always friendly. I highly recommend this place. Never had one problem with my order.

Ordered a Italiano foot-long sub and asked for double meat and I would pay for it and they said they do not add extra meat to their subs. All other sub restaurants will add extra meat if the customer is willing to pay more,

Every time I order from here they give my delivery to door dash and then it takes an hour and a half to never be delivered. When I call for help they say they are busy and that they can remake it but itāll be at the end of the line and will take an additional hour and a half. My three kids are already screaming at me for food being an hour and a half late already and now you canāt rush take care of me even if I come pick it up. Never go to this location, they donāt have your back or your best interest.

I have been ordering from these guys for awhile now. Tonight we ordered with a 40 minute wait. Pizza never showed up. When I called I was told they had over an hour wait and to call back in an hour and they would make the order again. Seriously 2 hours. I get call from you guys frequently to check in on your customer service and experience. Well tonight was a total fail. Not my fault your DoorDash delivery never delivered but Iām out for hours with no answer or help to fix the problem. Wow some of the worst customer service I have come across.

Pizza was very good, hot fresh and rest for pickup on time. The price was great compared to other options like the Hut or Dominos. Got an XL half Pepperoni/Sausage half Hawaiian for $16 after tax. Very happy

Cheese is getting less and less lately. For my money these pizzas could look a lot better. Last 3 Visits seem to be unlucky.

Horrible service. Absolutely shook. Paid for a pizza wasted 30 minutes for the cashier to say āoh there was an error it didnāt go throughā so our pizzas were never even started. We were sitting in the lobby twiddling our thumbs right next to them the whole time. How did they not notice?? They charged us (again) FULL PRICE⦠Not even feeling bad about their mistake, cashier laughed it off as a jokeā¦.
Horrible staff. Get a manager that at least looks like theyāre older than 18 and teach your staff how customer service works.
A simple 10% discount wouldāve been more than enough. But to laugh it off in our face and still having to wait another 20 minutes was absolutely ridiculous.

This place is horrible. We ordered pizza through their website. They used Door Dash to deliver. Some how our address was given to Door Dash wrong. We did not get our pizza. That's fine I attempted to call this location to get a refund. They do not answer their phone. I go to the location and the employees here lack some serious customer service skills. When I asked if they answer their phone. I was told they are short staffed. I won't be ordering from this location again.

Ordered pizzas for a kids party and accidentally understood the pizza was plain pepperoni and not FIRE DEATH HOT pizza. We served the kids the pizza and after a few minutes the kids were crying about how hot the pizzas were - it took a bit to figure out the pizzas were INSANELY hot. We called and the person who answered was awesome and understanding and said they would help out and re-make a few of the mistakenly ordered pizzas. We told the kids pizza was on the way and 10 minutes later, the store manager called and informed us that they had decided NOT to help us. We tried to reason with them and there was ZERO customer service and basically a middle finger and who cares to the customer that just ordered almost over $150 in pizza. Insanely rude. We stayed on hold to try and reason with them a bit⦠no use. They just want your money and donāt care about the quality they provide. It looks like this isnāt the only poor review - stay clear of this place, the manager Alex is an absolute putts.

Every time I order something is missing. Very difficult to contact about missing items, refunds or credits. Half the time my food is delivered by a Door Dasher who doesn't have a receipt or any connection to my order other than somehow it being in his possession.
