Honestly shocked this location is still in business. Poor device. Poor food quality. I don’t necissarily blame the staff, the blame has to be put squarely on the franchise owner.
Drive down to the Traverse Mountain location if you are craving McDonalds. You are welcome.
Lately, the staff is rude and seem to care even less about service. My kids like to come here occasionally, or I would never return. I can’t remember the last time I heard a McDonalds employee say “Thank you,” or “Please” - and they never smile.
This morning, I bought my daughter breakfast before her choir trip. The manager (hard to believe she is a manager, but was wearing a manager’s uniform) seemed to be really unhappy to be there. When she brought the order...read full review
