Why doesn’t the hot chocolate machine ever work? Or the McFlurry machine? Literally not working 8 attempts out of 8 visits. And then you’re just stuck in the drive thru line. Terrible management / ownership .

I ordered a bacon quarter pounder. When I looked into the bag it came in a bacon quarter pounder box but it was just a cheeseburger. So they gave me the wrong burger. My drink was also very under filled. There was at least 5 inches of empty space at the top.

This place was so dirty, I watched 4 employees doing very little, and they were not busy at all, they had the kids playground closed off with the trash cabinets because they didn’t want to clean it, I over heard an employee say as much, and the lobby was a mess everywhere. Ironically the cleaning closet was open for everyone to see what they’re not doing. I didn’t see the bathrooms, hate to see what that looks like. Another gentleman came in and even stated where is a clean spot to sit.
It takes a while to order at the desk because no one is every at the front. Workers are really nice though and food is good as usual.

I am rather displeased with a manager who spoke very condescendingly to his employee. No matter how frustrating it is to work with someone they are still a human being. Respect.

The more they automate the store, the worse the customer service becomes. The counter is completely abandoned, to the point that you have to go inside to find the employees.

I have visited this McDonalds dozens of times. My most recent visit was for a quick breakfast. As usual, the serice was quick and the food delicious. Nate went the extra mile to ensure that my visit was great. Thanks Nate!

This is the closest McDonald’s for me and I am a frequent customer , even my son worked during a year there. Yesterday was a terrible experience for me, I went to the counter for my order, first the employee saw me and asked me if I was there for DoorDash ( because I am Latina maybe) I told him no and he proceeded to give me the order and I have a doubt about it, I just did a simple question, and the employee was so disrespectful even he yelled at me and was asking if there’s somebody who speaks English because he thought I didn’t understand what he was trying to say to me. I speak 3 different languages sir and I work with customer service and will never treat someone that way not even in my worst busy day. I just had a doubt and it could be answered so easily but they preferred to be rude and mean and they were not busy at all so he can not justify himself saying they were busy and stressed.
The slowest McDonalds location ever. Do not use the drive-thru.
First of all we walk in, order our food, walk to our seats and the back lights turned off. Keep in mind it's 8pm. We orderd fries, an ice cream cone, a shake and burger and it took no joke 15 min. There was no ther customers. Anyways they didn't even call my number so I didn't know my ice cream cone was sitting on the counter. My cone was touching the bare counter. Disgusting. And worst of all, there was a CHILD behind the counter. A two year old child. Insane experience to say the least

WOOWW idk where to start.
This location was horribly managed not to mention I waited for a long time for a happy meal.
Once I got the happy meal the chicken was heavily over cooked and there was no toy.
When I went to the front counter a lady who had to have her order redone twice was still waiting 30 minutes later.
The employees were on their phones sitting at one of the food preparation tables and ignoring me and the other customer.
When I told them about the chicken (12 minutes after standing there while they were on their phones) they did nothing.
They did aggressively hand me the toy
