Bad. They got rid of their order tracking screen so god knows when my food will be ready. Nobody works here. Just close this disaster.
Waited forever for food and all my food came absolute flattened. We saw a worker twerking instead of making my food. Also saw them scrolling on there phones. No bueno.
dirty, waited 30 minutes for my food, no one helped me this was the worst experience of my life
I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app on April 30th at the Cedar Hills location, paid in advance, and arrived expecting to pick up my breakfast. Instead, I was told they had run out of food and couldn’t fulfill the order. They promised me a refund, but weeks later, I still haven’t received it. No follow-up, barely any communication, nothing. Very frustrating experience—if you run out of food, the least you can do is make sure your customers get their money back. Won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
Do not come to this location. They have no customer service and do not know how their own app works.
This location has such a poor raring for a reason. I went here because it was covenient. But they did everything wrong in my situation. They had me pay for the wrong order then tried getting me to pay the difference in a shady way. The manager only argued with me when I told her to refund me for the other order then ring me up for mine and then give me a reciept. But no instead she argued with me over it. She more or less tried to turn it into us like it was our fault the first window didnt confirm anything prior to taking payment. That 1 thing would have prevented everything that happened. The manager on the Sunday morning looks like a junk and what they was doing gave me a feeling something was being done shady so she could pocket the difference on my order and not print me a reciept. She pushed so hard to do the transaction wrong. That I just cancelled the whole order and asked for my money back. I will never return to this location. There is just 1 issue after another. I'm honestly surprised it has 2 stars over all. This interaction was the tipping point for me and McDonald's in general. It doesn't matter what location you go to. They rarely actually get everything right. Something is always missing, lines take to long and prices are going off the wall. But the Ceder Hills location in Utah County is a whole new level of what is not supposed to happen. I'm surprised they are able to stay in business. If I was you I would just take the extra 10 minute drive over to Traverse Mountain location. They atleast dont argue when they are the ines who messed up. I bet if this location watched closely to that manager with no teeth, they will find she has found a way to pocket money.
Made a mobile order and 5 minutes later i got an email that i was canceled for no reason. Went inside and ordered on the kiosk and it took 20 minutes to get a very normal size small order. Very disorganized system
I’ve given this location several chances—about five or six visits—but unfortunately, the experience has consistently fallen short. I’ve dealt with incorrect orders, unexplained cancellations through the app, and even once received food that appeared to have been tampered with. After multiple disappointments, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. If you’re in Cedar Hills and looking for fast food, you may have better luck at Wendy’s or Taco Bell.
I'm super upset due to the manager working today April 27, 2025 @ 12:10. They made a mistake and we paid for the wrong order, that's fine refund the money and process my order. That simple, no the manager tells me just pay the $22 difference. No because then you can't give me a receipt that way. She fights with me over it instead. She was likely going to pocket the $22 because doing the way she was trying to can make it where she can process the transaction in a way she can pocket the money. By the looks of her she likely does drugs and thats why she fought so much with not processing the order the proper way. I will never return to this location. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else. If the girl at the first window actually talked to the person she is taking payment from she could have confirmed the order I was paying for and given me a receipt and avoided all of this. But no she just sticks out the payment thing and I have no idea what order I'm paying for. I even sat at the window wondering if I was done there or not because that interaction felt so wrong. Then she waves me forward and I noticed everything was wrong when they tried to give we a totally wrong order. So the right thing to do is. Oh yes. We messed up. Let me void that transaction and refund you the money then you can pay for the right order. OK great solved. No this is what happend. They tell us to pay the other $22, no because then you can't give me a proper receipt. The manager argues with me about it making me angry over the situation and I still gave her a chance to make it right. She knew my expectations. Refund the order and charge me in full for my order and give me a receipt. Yet she argues more and more and more. So I tell her just give me my money back and I'm leaving. This is after sitting at the window for 10 maybe 15 minutes. She gives me cash back instead of refunding my card so now I have go to my bank to deposit the cash because I don't carry cash. So I ended with no food and more of my time and gas money to solve this matter. I will never return to this Ceder Hills location. I likely would have done the transaction but the manager arguing with me looked like a really hard core drug addict and the whole situation looked and felt shady that's why I fought so hard for a proper receipt. I felt she was being shady about the transaction and trying to pocket money. A person who is a manager and argues with a customer over a customer only wanting a situation being handled the accurate way, should most likely not be a manager. She is teaching the other people on her shift howto steal from McDonalds and treating customers in a way like she owns that store. Its not her reputation she is damaging. It's McDonalds being damaged as a franchise. I bet if you watch her close enough she is likely pocketing money. But still in the end of all this I got no food and have a even worse opinion of McDonalds. I'm sure nothing will be done about the situation. I doubt these companies really even care much about these reviews anymore. If they did, this location would not be sitting at 2 stars overall. That's really telling. I can now see why this location is at such low rating. I never thought to look until now.
No flint in meal in my friend Connor couldn’t exchange his toy

All the bad reviews are true. They are consistently slow here and the employees aren’t very professional (even by McDonalds standards). Today, we were told we had to wait in slot 1 because they were waiting on the filet o fish, but when they finally brought out the food 10 mins later, still no filet of fish and we didn’t notice till we got home 🤦
Found a hair in my vanilla shake. This place is consistently slow and unwilling to take my order in person so I’ve never been able to use my coupons I have when I go there because you can’t put them into the kiosk. If I want to grab food before work I’ve avoided this place because it has consistently made me late when I’ve had 45 minutes of extra time
They're not very fast to bring food out to the parking spots.
Adjust their ice cream machine hasn’t worked for five years I swear! They don’t put any signs out to warn you ahead of time and you can get stuck in line. Don’t even chance it going here ! Worst management ever because they even have bad reviews on yelp, but they never seem to care or fix the issues.
Nighy Crew Rocks!!!! Great Employees and Warm Food!!
