Terrible service. Took us 30 minutes just to get through drive thru only for a burger and fries. Your better off driving 20 minutes to another location for faster service. Avoid this location at all costs!

there was one car behind us, so it wasn’t like we were there during a rush. the workers were nice but we’re extremely disappointed in the quality of the food - even with low McD’s expectations.

Just wanted to share some pictures of the 4$ sundae (which wasn't the same creamy recipe i remember, and only half full), and the 5$ kids meal (which was supposed to be a cheeseburger meal, but at least the kid was flexible when we got home to find it was chicken nuggets, and didn't whine about getting onky 7 fries either). Just so you know what you'll get if you go here. Thank you McDonald's for reminding me why we never go here anymore. 😅🙏🏼

Food is good, but man, for some reason when they give me a cone there was paper inside it. I have went to McDonald's all over the country, and sadly only the 2nd time ive ever had poor service.

My daughter went through the drive through and ordered a burger. The patty had two bites taken out of it. We got home before we noticed. Went back, waited for 15 minutes while the staff mocked my daughter for having a complaint. They gave us a new burger. Daughter took a bite. The inside was red and uncooked. We think it’s retaliation for standing up to half eaten food. We’ll be talking to the health department tomorrow. This happened Dec 16th at 8 pm, so whomever was working needs to be talked to by management.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is extremely concerning. I went to McDonald’s with my sister and we ordered a quarter pounder and the first time we got a patty that seemingly had a bite taken out of it. While i recognize that it could have been a deformed patty it still was mostly missing and they should’ve just not used it. When I went back for a replacement the employees were not wearing gloves, wiping their noses and then prepping food and the second burger they gave us was completely undercooked. This place is a health violation and I don’t care if McDonald’s is already notorious for low quality food/service this is a major health concern. Protect yourselves by not going to McDonald’s seriously.

food was inedible. my two year olds wouldn’t even eat their nuggets. hard like cardboard, unsalted fries that tasted like they’d been in the microwave. also the most thrown together chicken sandwich, no mayo on it. along with inedible cheeseburgers. i did order no mustard on the burger, and there was mustard all over the wrapper, as if they tried to wipe it off after the fact. one pickle and barely any ketchup, no onions, couldn’t even chew the meat.

No matter what time of day, what day of the week, or month of the year, you will wait a long long long long time to get your order. Minimum of 20 minutes even if you’re the only car within a 5 mile radius

Overall fine but I was really excited to get a strawberry smoothie the other day and they gave me the wrong size cup with strawberry purer and blended up ice. Gave me a slushee instead of a smoothie and it wasn’t even a good quality slushie at that😭🙏🏽

Update: all of this is still true. Gross incompetence and unapologetic screw ups dominate this location. Do not eat here if you want a correct order or you want it in less than 45 minutes.
I'm unashamed to say that I love McDonald's, but I have never had such a crappy experience on such a regular basis than I have at the Cedar Hills location. It's is nearby, so I frequent it for convenience - I've found that if the employees aren't rude, they're dense and unhelpful. No one thanks me for coming, they nickel and dime you for sauces and other small additions, they unapologetically screw up your order and act like you're inconveniencing them when you ask questions about deals or the menu. They literally *forgot* about my order once, and there's never anyone at the front to help you. I'm so fed up with the lack of response from the franchise owner that I'm going to start driving to the McDonald's in American Fork rather than return here. Save yourself the heartache and eat elsewhere.

This place is bonkers. The drive thru takes 40+ minutes now, and then you have to fight the manager to get your order. This place has been somehow getting worse over time. Something isn't processing correctly at this place. Other fast food places can handle heavy traffic, but this McDonalds takes forever and you get cold food.

Terrible. They made me wait 40 minutes for my order and when they finally gave it to me it was completely wrong. When I asked them to fix it they told me it's my fault and tried to make me pay even more. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and McDonald's isn't even good in the first place. Avoid this McDonald's unless you want to be berated by the employees.
