I love to come here before of the $1 drinks, however they do not take orders from the outside line like at all. There has been 6 cars in front of me that haven’t been spoken to at all, yet the 3 cars behind me that picked the inside line have already been taken care of. Definitely not working the line as efficiently as they should be. So I guess if you want to come here always pick the inside line because they like to neglect the outside line.

Sadly, I feel like I’ve gone to this location multiple times and it’s been closed when it was supposed to be open. Tonight we showed up at 8:41 and the line was closed and they said that they closed the drive-through line at 8:30 even though it says that they close at nine.

I’m so sick of this promotion going on for the $1 drinks cause I just want to get a quick drink and not have this be an hour long thing. Do you know how hard it is to sit in line with a screaming baby and toddler. I stopped going to swig now and would rather go to fizz right next door. It’s not practical for anyone. Not worth the $1 drinks in my opinion. Today I jumped in line thinking it would take me at most 15 min but nope took me 50 min to get to the window where they told me their servers were down and they were only giving one drink per car for free. But I went To get drinks for me and my husband so that’s a little frustrating to wait in line for 50 to not even get a drink for my husband. Do better you’re losing your faithful customers.

Waited in line for literally an hour for them to tell us the their register was down. The line here is outrageous. The customer service is horrible. Whoever owns this franchise needs to take a look at all the reviews and change something.
