Ordered two chicken sandwiches on the 2 for 7 deal at the drive through. When I got home I had two pieces of chicken and two Buns, that was it. No lettuce,tomato, mayo, nothing. Drove back and complained. After a wait, a impolite employee hucked a bag at me and barked "sorry." The bag had sandwiches made right. That was it. No real apology, no offer to make up for it, nothing, just rude service.

Tons of flies were in the building, which were distracting. Not necessarily the employees fault and I don't blame them for that. I got the 7 dollar double roast beef meal promotion thing. Hadn't been to Arby's in a long while. But last time I went my buns weren't completely soggy and gross. At this location I swear they keep the roast beef in a heating bin filled to the brim with water , instead of cutting it fresh for each sandwich, because my bun was so crazy soggy, and the meat was wet, and so the sandwich went from a 4/5 sandwich (how I'd normally rate an Arby's roast beef sandwich) to a 2/5.
Curly fries were very good. The Dr. Pepper was great. I got a French dip and the au ju was good. After I went through the drive thru I checked my order and I saw that I didn't get my horsey sauce I asked for or my au ju (typical drive thru stuff, not a giant deal, except for the au ju, that wasn't cool..... ) but I went back and they were apologetic and gave it to me. The person at the drive thru was super mopey and clearly bothered about his job. But the one thing that was EXTREMELY upsetting, and honestly pretty gross, was how thickly cut the meat was. It was chewy, and tasted funny. I've only ever been to one other Arby's where the meat was thick, but this was by far thicker. If the meat had been cut thinly, just like all the other Arby's I've attended (except the one), this would probably be a 4 star review. This experience probably turned me away from this location.

I ordered 2 Ruben sandwiches and 2 strawberry shakes. I got a message that my food was ready. I went to pick it up and the shake machine was down so they offered to give me 4 sliders. 5 minutes later they didn't have the order yet. I was so pissed and so hungry that I just walked out and went over to Carl's Jr and paid 10 bucks for two orders of zucchini fries. The whole incident was b******* from top to bottom. I don't recommend the store they made my list of places never to go again.

Ordered a French dip, bun is like a hot dog bun and was wrinkly and chewy and stale can’t find any cheese in it but they said there’s two slices but can’t see because it’s melted. If you can’t see the cheese when you open a French dip to look at it then there’s a problem. The sandwich was very small, like I said it’s the size of a hot dog bun, very disappointing. Arby’s no matter what location has gotten worse and worse over the years as they raise their prices and skimp on the meat , bread and cheese. Spent $8.50 roughly just for small terrible sandwich and a cup of ice water. I’ll never go back to any Arby’s unless I’m extremely desperate.

Horrible drive through, pulled up and there was and audible Sigh, like I get it working in food device sucks but, that absolutely ruins anyone experience . They need to teach Gage some manners or at least etiquette.
