I usually rate a fast food place at a four but the employee working the late shift tonight was incredible. He made a little mistake and owned up to it before I could even make the request. He took care of me, and my late dinner in the car was great. I love the potato cakes. Service was their forte tonight. I'm sorry that I did not get his name.

I tried to go twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times I had to walk out of the store because they never took my order. Both times they continued taking drive-thru orders the entire time and said they'd be right with me but they never were. The first time I left after six drive-thru orders the second time I left after four drive-thru orders.

Went through the drive-thru several hours before closing.

Food was not that great and gave me severe heartburn even though it was just a plain roast beef sandwich.

Our food was fresh, hot, prepared well, but my goodness, the shrinkflation is insane. This isn't the employees fault, it's management. I almost couldn't find the meat in my bready french dip sandwich. Prices are simply too high for what you get.

I have been to this location about a dozen times the last year. The food is fine. I don’t have any issues there. However, there is an employee by the name of Gage (has a mustache) and he has the absolutely worse attitude imaginable. I have encountered him on 4 different occasions; each time he swears under his breath, acts completely put out, talks in a very condescending and rude manner, and is absolutely disrespectful. It doesn’t matter if it’s in the drive through or in the restaurant. My wife has had the exact same issue -she loves Arby’s and goes often. Tonight was the last time we’ll put up with it. I simply will not go to Arby’s any longer. I get it’s a hard job, but this guy has some severe anger management issues.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches on the 2 for 7 deal at the drive through. When I got home I had two pieces of chicken and two Buns, that was it. No lettuce,tomato, mayo, nothing. Drove back and complained. After a wait, a impolite employee hucked a bag at me and barked "sorry."
The bag had sandwiches made right. That was it. No real apology, no offer to make up for it, nothing, just rude service.

Tons of flies were in the building, which were distracting. Not necessarily the employees fault and I don't blame them for that. I got the 7 dollar double roast beef meal promotion thing. Hadn't been to Arby's in a long while. But last time I went my buns weren't completely soggy and gross. At this location I swear they keep the roast beef in a heating bin filled to the brim with water , instead of cutting it fresh for each sandwich, because my bun was so crazy soggy, and the meat was wet, and so the sandwich went from a 4/5 sandwich (how I'd normally rate an Arby's roast beef sandwich) to a 2/5.
