Carl’s Jr. has amazing french fries and good burgers. But to be fair the biggest reason I go there is there jungle for the kids. I can burn two hours really easy letting them run around there!

Save yourself the trouble and go to Chick Fil A across the street. I went to this location today right before noon. Ordered my food and as I was paying with my card, the cashier brought out my drinks and set them on the counter. She told me the card transaction didn't go through and asked me to try again. I tried again and then she said my card wasn't working. I was confused as my card works just fine so I tried again. At this point she said the card reader had not been working all morning. I asked her if there was another reader and she simply said that there was another customer that left earlier because they too couldn't pay.
I told her I didn't have cash and that I guess that we weren't going to be able to pay. She quickly removed the drinks from the counter, yelled to the cook to stop preparing our food and walked away to the car at the drive through window and asked them if they had cash.
I wasn't expecting free food but why couldn't the cashier told us the reader wasn't working from the start? Lack of customer service as she just walked away. What kind of restaurant doesn't have a working card reader or at least tell their customers before placing an order? Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise. Reading from previous reviews I probably would have gotten moldy bread.

I was easy to play it, but I was 5 years old, and I was stuck in a playground, and I saw mom waited. Come out, but it is not easy to go. it's a failed way to get hurt. But in 2014. And now, in 2022, but was closed.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Carl’s Jr. I ordered a hamburger and, to my horror, discovered that it was moldy after taking a few bites. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their food safety and quality control. I expect much better from a well-known chain like Carl’s Jr. This experience has completely ruined my appetite and trust in this restaurant. I will not be returning and advise others to think twice before dining here.

The two burgers I got we’re great, only complaint is it seems Martha was having some a tough time working the drive through, she seemed stressed and maybe needed more help other than that I have no complaints

I do not in general love Carl’s junior food. We did come here soley for the play place. I ordered my kids, chicken stars and shakes. I ordered myself a number one. The lady that took my order was super kind and helpful. The fries were the best I’ve ever had from here.The hamburger was drenched in mayo and mustard. I couldn’t hardly eat it.Then my kids told me that they stepped in wet stuff not in one area of the play place but 2. My 11 said it smelled like pee. When I told the lady at the front she just seemed annoyed and then went back to looking on her phone. Me and my kids sat there another 20 mins and she still never seemed to care about the play area.

We were on our way home from Ogden and decided to stop at Carl's Jr. We got to the drive thru 7 minutes prior to the closing time. They let us sit in the drive thru didn't say anything, didn't acknowledge we were there or even say we're closed. We drove up to the window and the light had been turned off. Unsatisfied. Rant over!!!!
