They tried to give me someone else's order and couldn't find mine. I ordered 3 sandwiches but only got 2. The grilled chicken sandwich was tasty but very dry. The waffle fries were amazing!

Today was a busy day and yet we had our food within a minute of sitting down. I love the food but man today the service out shined the food. Steve was such a delighte to watch! He was making everyone in the restaurant smile a little bigger. He was taking people's trays and picking up spilled food. Then there was Chad who was working his heart out. The was a girl working to clean tables and her joy radiated (I didn't catch her name) Truly the entire staff was wonderful. Don't just go through the drive in. Take a minute to sit and enjoy your food and the service. Thank you for a bright spot.

Chicken was nice and moist. One problem, the lettuce was dripping with water and made the sandwich very messy. I had to pull my lettuce off. We also requested light ice and ended up with three fourths of a cup full of ice.

Big fan of the chain, but I don't eat fast food very often. I decided I wanted to try something new and remembered hearing about a pimento chicken sandwich and decided to give it a try. Everything was fine. I decided to order 2 8oz bottles of sauce, one honey mustard and one ranch, figured they may come in handy in the next couple of months. I'm half way through my sandwich and decide to test the ranch and when opening it I saw an expired date at the top. Checked the honey mustard and that was expiring tomorrow. I wasn't planning on eating an entire bottle of honey mustard in one day so called to check with their manager. He said it's just the shelf life, and they will be good for another month then apologized to me. I just said thanks and hung up. These will be for sure going in the trash. Good thing they were under $4 a piece!

I go to Chick-fil-a for there cookies, and man do I love the cookies. But every single time I go to this location I get burnt rock hard cookies. Everything else is great besides the burnt COOKIES. Please fix.
The last few times I’ve gone through the drive thru they always forget my sauce and it’s very disappointing. I ask for it when I order and I can see the sauce on the receipt that they stick to the bag.

Health Code Violation. They line-up open bags of food outside on the window sill in the drive-thru where all the cars and trucks are idling, so your food is getting blasted with car exhaust. Car exhaust has a ton of carcinogens. By the time you get to your food, it's been sitting in the enclosed drive-thru area for a few minutes. Davis County Health Dept. needs to look into this.
